My dad, mom, & their friends booked PKT Tours for the 3rd year in a row for their trip to Spain, Portugal, & Morocco. The past 2 annual experiences with them have been nothing short of complete satisfaction, so I knew they were in good hands when deciding with this tour company again. From transportation to stay to dining, PKT made sure everything was going smoothly for their group. Most importantly- they created a great itinerary so that they got to make the most of each country. Don't be fooled by some of 4 star reviews, we had a very bad experience with PKT tours on our recent trip to eastern Europe. There was poor overall management, poor time management and lack of communication between their third party operator in europe, main office in US and us customers. To complicate matters, tour manager was totally clueless about all the sites we were visiting. Most disturbing though was deceptively written itinerary by PKT. Itinerary approved by us prior to the tour (and on which our cost was based) implied that all sites and visits mentioned are covered in the price. Once on the tour we were told that some of these items are not covered and we will have to pay extra for entrance tickets to some of the monuments and palaces. Also, as a result of poor time management by tour operator, we missed seeing some of the attractions altogether. There was total lack of accountability by the owners of all issues. After the tour, all we got were flimsy excuses and no refunds for sites not covered. We have used a number of touring companies for our travels and this was by far most disappointing and frustrating experience. Do not recommend at all.

We recently completed PKT’s Eastern Europe & Croatia tour (Sep 2025), and sadly, it was one of the most disappointing travel experiences we've had. While the hotels, food, and local guides were good, the overall management was poor. The tour manager lacked basic knowledge of the sites and cities, often relying on the group for the itinerary, which he didn’t even have. Key sites listed in the itinerary were skipped or labeled “optional” without prior notice. Time was mismanaged, leading to rushed or missed attractions. Meals that were supposed to be included were suddenly removed and replaced with €15 reimbursements—not enough for a proper meal in Europe. When we raised these issues, the company offered no apology—just excuses that insulted our intelligence. It’s not about the money—it’s about accountability, which PKT failed to show. Would not recommend.

We had booked Canadian Rockies through PKT tour July 2025. We were group of 18 people in the tour. Day one problem started with bus condition. It was worse beyond our expectations. We were unimpressed with the Tour manager. She was not that knowledgeable and had to use stick to walk. We were promised that luggage handling will be taken care by them, however only one time that service was offered in 9 day tour. Coach driver from 4th day was very rude and drove very recklessly. About 3 people fell down due to his reckless driving. Most times we had to wear seat belts and were scared of his driving. Ultimately tour manager had to request a replacement drive at the end of tour. This was worse travel experience in my life with PKT. I don’t recommend this tour company at all. All attractions were great and worth seeing in life. All coaches were air conditioned and very comfortable for the number of people. All the drivers were driving good for our safety so we did not have to worry about it. All the hotels were either 4 star and above with all amenities provided. They had very good customer service too. Our meals, breakfast, lunch and dinner were very good at selected restaurants especially for our special diet of vegetarian diet. All the guides in each city were very knowledgeable and explain us all detail of places we visited. would recommend any one planning for a tour of any country as PKT Tours are very good customizing tours for the group for a number of days desired at a very reasonable and affordable cost to travelers. We have been doing tours with PKT for last 3 years and we are very satisfied with their services and prices. customer service they provide is unbeatable. Thank you very much again for all that you do for us. Keep up the good work Pkt tours.

We, a group of 18 people, toured Turkey and Greece in July 2023. PKT did all the arrangements for us, including international travel. For our group, we had a friendly tour manager with us all the time who handled all the logistics including coordination with the local tour guide, and all meals including check-ins at hotels. PKT picked good hotels for all our stays in various cities. Local transportation was mostly by luxury coach. They also arranged domestic travel and related logistics. Overall, it was a great experience! I will positively recommend them for your tour needs, and we definitely use them for our future tours!

In Summer ’22, a large group of 23 others & I wanted to visit Iceland and decided to trust PKT Tours to plan the perfect trip for us. They truly did an INCREDIBLE job managing every single detail including international/local transportation, stays, activities, sightseeing, & food. Our tour coach & driver were both very polite, informative, and most importantly: happy to make us happy. We stayed in many hotels, all of which were great quality with no complaints. We dined at various restaurants, all of which accommodated for the vegetarian travelers. We were surprised that PKT offered a better price than competing tour companies; their services are unmatched! One of the best parts about our tour was our travel agent, Tanmay, who handled our group since the very 1st step. He helped make sure everything ran smoothly/according to the schedule + helped overcome any possible hurdles throughout the whole process- from booking to arriving back home. We will be trusting this company again for sure & HIGHLY recommend going with PKT Tours!

This is our second trip using PKT tour company. This time we traveled to Greece and Turkey in the summer of 2023 with a group of 18 people. We experienced excellent service and organization throughout our entire booking process and tour experience. The hotels selected by the touring company were excellent, great locations, and provided great service as well. All travel and excursion bookings were planned perfectly through PKT and took our interests into consideration. Also our full-sized tour coach had great wifi access throughout our 2 week trip. Our coach driver was very extremely friendly throughout our entire trip. We were also taken to multiple restaurants, such as Jaipur Palace, Indian Palace and Amelia Tavern, that provided high quality vegetarian options. Also we requested to experience street food in place of the restaurant experience and thoroughly enjoyed exploring the streets of Turkey without any added personal expense. We were take on a hot air balloon ride at sunrise and witnessed beautiful views in perfect weather. Another excursion that we thoroughly enjoyed was a private sunset boat ride in Turkey. Lastly, PKT offered significantly better prices than other tour companies that are local to me in NJ. Our PKT travel agent, Tanmay, was thorough and made sure we were all enjoying our trip regularly. We look forward to traveling with PKT again.

We a group of 18 did 2 weeks tours to Greece/Turkey organized by PKT tours USA. A clean luxury buses, professional drivers, prompt and timely service was one of main part we enjoyed. Each and every placed we visited were guided by expert local guide. The tour manager was very customer friendly and polite, who kept our group spirit intact during whole tour. PKT tried their best to satisfy our requests for veg foods . We really enjoyed and give 5 stars.
