Just used PKT Tours and had a great experience with them.
I had a wonderful tour to Africa with a couple of families. We had a lot of flexibility, no delays and the hotels were a very high standard. Many of us had dietary restrictions which were all addressed for every meal. I feel there was careful attention paid to my itinerary.

WE DID YELLOWSTONE & 2 OTHER NATIONAL PARK TRIP FOR 15 DAYS WITH PKT TOUR . WE VERE VERY HAPPY WITH EXCELLENT SERVICE PROVIDED BY PKT TOUR. WE ARE GOING WITH THEM ON ANOTHER TOUR TO AFRICAN SAFARI FOR 15 DAYS.
Everything was good except couple of hotels quality wiser were less then 3 stars ( most of the group thought that way). Also half the time your buses were very old and seating was not comfortable. Few places dinner was of sub quality.
I had booked my Canadian rockies tour through PKT tour and I am not happy with there service. Our problem started from day. We booked flight thru PKT. Flight got cancelled night before the morning flight. His answer was, it is not on my hand. There are so many huddle in between, Promised break fast, not there. Even you have to ask for water bottle. Promised places to see and not taken, reason was coach driver can not drive after 7:30 PM. Most of our time we spend in coach travelling from one place to other place. Train ride cancelled, one place highway was closed and cancel the trip. Last two days we stayed in hotel bc he added other group(4-peoples) without our knowledge, 2 of 4 got Covid positive. We asked back to leave early. he did not help us. I can write big history but it not worth. Over all my recommandation is ZERO.
Based on the tour I just took with PKT TOUR and found it to be non professional, very poor planning, and spent most of the time in the bus and motel. Food and motel selection was very poor with lousy breakfast and in one case a couple of items were old and stale. I think the planning of the tour is being done from India and these folks don't have any clue what to plan for sightseeing and food. Cheap dinner places to save $$$. I would not recommend anyone to select this company. Never followed the health protocol for the safety of tourists. Very cheap treatments for us. Give an " F " grade. Vijay Patel
We enjoyed our recent trip with PKT. Hotels and foods were satisfactory. Both Pankaj and Tejas were on top to serve us. They took good care of entire group.
