Staff was very rude and made it very clear they did not want to serve me. I came in no different than any other patrons, ordered my coffee and was polite. They rudely placed my coffee on the counter and said nothing, started at me like they’ve never seen a black person before meanwhile thanking all the other customers and going out their way to be nice to them. They were very standoffish, short and rude with out cause, and made it a very unfortunate experience for someone looking to patron this cafe. I will not be back and will be sure to share my experience here.
The 2 that always work here have very poor customer service skills. The coffee is tasty and pastries, but the 3 times I've come here, each time i feel disrespected by the staff (im assuming they are the owners)
The perfect Cortado. If you want to taste real coffee come here. Or you can go to these other so called coffee shops that have over roasted beans…

This is my favorite place to enjoy my morning coffee. It’s a neighborhood gathering place and there are plenty of seating places inside and out. Occasionally, I also order the labne on sour dough bread for breakfast, which includes some cucumber slices and olive oil. It’s amazing!
Just delicious! The assortment of pastries and other edibles is intoxicating. And my decaf oatmilk cappuccino….. I rarely get to the end of a coffee drink and immediately crave another. Delicious. And the staff is amazing. Feels like a wonderful neighborhood gem. I’m glad that I discovered it.

Drip coffee tastes off. Pastries are dry. Charge $1 for oat milk, and it’s the cheap supermarket kind, not even barista-quality.
Such a staple in this area. Great coffee at affordable prices. Lots of space to sit and is particularly amazing in the summer when the windows are open and you can enjoy the breeze. They do offer food, have only tried the zucchini bread which is pretty great but they offer sandwiches and wraps as well. Lots of healthy cafe options. Would recommend this to anyone, anytime.
