Parrot solar has been incredible to our family. We looked into solar originally to save us money but after speaking with parrot solar we realized how much of a benefit adding a battery to our system would be and how much of an asset having solar truly is. The team explained the process in detail so we knew what to expect each step of the way. They made sure to keep us informed throughout the entire process which happened in a professional and timely manner. In install process was quick, efficient and professional. The inspection process was quick and easy, the longest part was waiting for our utility company to come out and swap the meter, even tho they could not do anything to speed up the process Parrot solar went above and beyond to get me updates from JEA and a date and time I could expect them to come install the meter. I can’t say enough nice things about the team and the company. We are a proud member of the parrot family and if you are interested in going solar Parrot solar is the way to go. From the start Tommy the owner treated me very professional. I was selling a house and needed my solar system transferred from old house to my new house. Tommy responded very quickly and removed and stored my system in order for the sale of my house to be completed. Once I was settled into my new house Tommy came out and evaluated the job. Tommy advised that with a bigger house, our power needs would double. Tommy had panels similar to panels I already owned and gave me a great price for a much larger system. It took a couple days longer than expected to complete the job due to Increasing the size of the system. When the county inspectors showed up they even commented on what a great job Parrot Solar had done. Without a question I would and do recommend Parrot Solar to all who want to go green or reduce their power bills. Hands down Parrot Solar has better prices then some of the larger solar companies in the area, and Tommy can save you thousands. He did for me and I love it.

Very satisfied with my solar installation done by Parrot Solar. Price was exactly what we had agreed upon and installation was done within the projected timeframe. Although not exactly cheap, the price was significantly less than other quotes I had received. There were absolutely no sales gimmicks. The owner, Tommy Cusick, was always polite, courteous and straightforward. Even after the installation was completed, Tommy routinely monitors our system to ensure it meets expectations. With all that said, I highly recommend Parrot Solar to anyone serious about installing a solar system.

We worked with Tommy and his crew to remove and reinstall our Solar panels during a re-roof project. Tommy worked very well with our roofing contractor on timing and completion. He was very responsive and communicated the task details and expectations throughout the job.His crew was professional and pleasant. Would definitely recommend Parrot Solar for all your solar needs!

My Powerwall went out back in November of last year. After realizing and contacting Tesla, representative at Tesla contacted Parrot Solar on my behalf to replace my Powerwall. Until February, there were no updates and when I contacted Tesla again, they stated that Parrot Solar received replacement Powerwall and I should contact them. After I contacted Parrot Solar, they were fast to send someone to look at my Powerwall. Technicians who came to evaluate my Powerwall said that everything seems OK and I should expect updates from Parrot Solar. Now it is June and even if one of my Powerwalls is good and another is bad, neither of them working (safety precaution). It has been several months since technicians came on site and Parrot Solar scheduled 2 appointments already for replacement to which nobody from Parrot Solar ever showed up. Intention of installing Powerwalls was to eliminate and decrease energy use as well as avoid potential power outages. Because Parrot Solar is not responsive and still didn't replaced my Powerwall, I am forced to pay extra energy costs!

This company is a real class act. They were professional, courteous and responsive throughout. The whole process took 13 months from contract to switching on the panels. There's always lots of back and forth when it comes to red tape and bureaucracy and this was no different. I only wished they did provide more updates as I was getting worried for not knowing how long these things typically take In the end, the panels look great, and it's fun to see my meter going backwards. 9/10

My Parrot Solar experience was exceptional. The process was smooth and done to perfection. I added an additional 2 Tesla Batteries to my system. Mike was extremely responsive and made the contracting process easy. Cam and Cole did an exceptional job at installing the batteries and added an additional sub-panel that could support the system. I was extremely impressed by their professionalism and knowledge in the solar industry. Without hesitance I would give them 5 stars and Parrot Solar would be my go to people in Northeast Florida.
