Either a very busy company or must be out of business. I have left three voicemails over the course of a week and I cannot get one person to return my phone call. I was referred to them by a friend of mine. Very disappointed!

I needed my solar panels removed and reinstalled as I having my roof replaced. My original solar installer had been purchased and subsequently closed so I was pleased to find Parrot. They were professional and worked well with my roofer to coordinate the work.

Speeding driver who cut me off this morning on St John’s Parkway put myself and my passenger at risk. I have a great video of it. We have 100% disabled veteran tags and no one else was on the road. Unprofessional and unsafe.

If negative stars were an option, I’d certainly choose that. Took over a year for basic install while somehow avoiding any concept of basic communication as a business and lacking any form of accountability. I’d avoid doing business with them if you are able.

Got 2 solar systems (Tesla panels plus powerwalls) thru Parrot 2 years ago for separate houses and everything has been working flawlessly. The entire process from the time of initial inquiry and contact with Mike to the installation, configuration by Camden and Sean and post installation communication with Samm have been smooth and professional. The entire crew is friendly and respectful and they make every attempt to meet customer expectations.
