Company is knowledgeable. Installment process went smoothly. We are happy with the aesthetic. Will do a follow up post once I’ve seen how they wear over time.

I hired parrot solar to install yes of course a solar grid for my home with battery back-up, any issues I or parrot solar incurred Mr. Tommy stayed with it to see it thru a resolution. Parrot Solar is just the kind of people and company that actually do and build what they say. Get Quality work and products at what just may be the best value around as well as in town.

I have had an excellent experience with Parrot Solar! Their Tesla system install of solar panels and powerwall will probably be the solar standard in my neighborhood. By all calculations, I will be completely off the grid and selling power back to electric company. Thanks Parrot Solar for helping me beat all the current and future power bill increases and also providing me with back-up power in case of an outage!

Be careful and check around -- it's been a year now since installation and we still cannot use anything because the transfer and permitting to electric company is not complete. So remember, once the installation is complete and you pay all your money, the job is still not done because they have to finish getting it approved and working with your electric company.

Trust me and I trust Parrot Solar above all other competitors. Tommy is knowledgeable and helpful when others did nothing. I recommend them to my family and friends!

The honest review- There was a lot of back and forth with JEA and the city to get the process started. But once it was okayed they were very quick to install and get everything on their end done. After the install there was a long wait to get them out to certify everything was working and start running. We paid for 3 months before it was okayed to start running/producing power which is a let down because you’re paying for something that doesn’t work essentially. Another kicker once it was installed we got a large rain storm that cause a leak and water damage to our roof/attic. There was no real way to know this would happen until there is a heavy rain. Overall- there was a lot of back and forth with them. They’re a good company, just minor headaches with the install and timeline of everything.

Good experience with Parrot Solar. Not the same high-pressure sales tactics as some of the other solar companies out there. Price was given upfront and was competitive. Good job with communication. Installation done in a timely manner.

The process took 2 years... not due to lack of money. Lost out on the JEA Rebate because the company kept putting other jobs ahead of me. The whole process was a nightmare for me. I regret choosing Parrot Solar as a provider for my Solar. I would have cheerfully paid more and gone with a different provider had I known.

Tommy was quick to respond to my inquiry about having my Tesla wall charger installed. He provided a competitive estimate and completed the job in a timely fashion. I would highly recommend him!
