We have always had a fantastic experience with these guys! From Darwin, to the administrative staff. 5 stars all around.
I wish I'd gotten the name of the technician who came out to meet me at the little museum in town, because he was so nice, accommodating and helpful! He didn't have the part I needed to actually repair the fireplace, but had he, it would have gotten done right then for free. He did clean the glass and fixtures though and gave me the name of a repairman. He also told me the company was filling lots of propane tanks for RVers who were displaced due to fires in Estacada just as a public service - nice company!
We are having our annual Heritage Church Fish Fry and BBQ on June 27th between 5-7PM. We are blessed with the incredible service of JR and Pacific Energy Group donated 5 bottles of propane for the deep fryers, flat top grill, smoker, grill and other item that use propane. I highly recommend Pacific Energy Group for all your propane needs. I would rate them 10 stars if it was possible. Ed Vickers
We ran out of gas one night, so panicking I waited till 7 am to call to let them know. Apparently we over used our gas and ran out early. I called PEG as soon as the clock hit 7 am and by 7:45 they were there filling my tank! Thank you PEG ! Amazing customer service ❤️

We were very happy with the service we got today.... friendly, on time, delivered what they were supposed to, very friendly and knowledgeable delivery guy and when we called ,the office staff was very friendly and helpful as well.

Food isn't great when the cook don't like you
We work with Pacific Energy on most of our Northwoods cabin sales and they are always so helpful and so easy to communicate with. It is important that they reach out to our new buyers in a positive way and they always do!
