I wish I'd gotten the name of the technician who came out to meet me at the little museum in town, because he was so nice, accommodating and helpful! He didn't have the part I needed to actually repair the fireplace, but had he, it would have gotten done right then for free. He did clean the glass and fixtures though and gave me the name of a repairman. He also told me the company was filling lots of propane tanks for RVers who were displaced due to fires in Estacada just as a public service - nice company!

I was a customer customer for over 20 years until I recently moved and I have to say that Pacific Energy provides excellent, personal service. Fair prices, friendly, helpful staff, and they know their stuff! Recommend them very highly.

I am continously impressed with the level of personal service you get here. I pay my elderly fathers gas bill, and this company has always been more concerned about my fathers well being, than they ever have been about receiving payment. They always reach out to me when he runs low on gas, to make sure I know my father is being taken care of. These people would get 5 stars every day of the week with me.

Wonderful service and people! JR is a sweet driver and delivery guy. Darwin went above and beyond to help solve our stove issue. Becky and Mindy were helpful with our payment and questions. Definitely would highly recommend these guys!

Do not use this company!! They partially filled out tank and then removed it from the property when the bill was not paid after 2 weeks. No mail notification. No door notice. Claimed a message was left on our voicemail which we never got. Removed our tank on a Friday knowing we would be without heat, hot water or stove until we got a new tank which will be one week. This over a $400 bill after a 7+ year relationship. Who does that!?! We and our tenants now are forced into hotels because we don’t have heat or hot water.

Ever since we switched to Pacific Energy Group from our previous provider of propane for our fireplace we have been pleased to have found a company who still believes in excellent customer service. Both in phone interactions and in person they are consistently professional and friendly, willing to work with the customer to provide excellent service.

While we are new customers, I would be able to give commentary on the billing and installation process. Three words most accurately describes this company; customer service orientation. They want your local business and quite frankly shock me with how much cheaper they are then national service providers. Bottom line, if you live in the region, use these guys. Update after a year of service Amazing. Can't go wrong. I'm not saying you can't go right with another service, but if paying someone to do their job well and leave you out of the labor is your goal, pick these folks and you won't be sorry. Edit: we used them for two years until we moved. Perfect company. You can't pick better. If you go with someone else you're making a mistake.

Recently moved to Vancouver and selected Pacific Energy Group to be our propane supplier at our new home. Every single interaction has been positive, professional and well above and beyond. Customer service and customer satisfaction are obviously a huge driver for this company. They far exceeded our expectations. Call them. You won't be disappointed.

If you are a large business who sells propane, then you may do very well if you get your product through Pacific Energy Group. However, if you are a private party, please do not use PEG for your propane needs unless you enjoy running out of propane and being very cold in the winter. I rented a 120 gallon tank from PEG and was told that I would be on a “keep full” plan. In other words, every two weeks when they deliver to Space Age truck stop, they were to stop by my place and top off my tank. Of course, we ran completely out during the below freezing weather this past week. We called well before we got low to see why there hadn’t been any deliveries and were told they would be out. However, that never happened. We called again and they said they would be out on 01-16-24. That didn’t happen either. On 01-19-24 I called for the FINAL time and was told that since Space Age was not selling as much propane there were no deliveries to them. That meant that PEG didn’t find it necessary to make sure we had enough propane. There was no communication from PEG; just us wondering what was going on. They obviously prefer to take care of a large retail customer that will turn around and sell the product for a profit, rather than help inferior customers stay warm during winter storms. What happened to the delivery we were promised on 01-16-24? They said the truck couldn’t make it up the snow covered driveway, which was an interesting tale since our neighbors and myself had no issues getting in and out. I hear Suburban has drivers that know how to use chains! We never got an apology. We never got a curtesy call to let us know why they no showed. We decided to relieve PEG of the burden of taking our money for the tank rental AND having to actually fill the tank. There are other options!!

The entire team and especially Becky are so customer oriented and friendly to deal with - always! Their drivers are top-notch, fast and very respectful. Long-time, local, company with deep community roots. 4 Stars for now, but I will be back to give them their 5th when they get the pay-online feature up and running. Thanks PEG for keeping us warm, cooking, and showering and all!!
