Pacific Energy Group not only delivers propane, but awesome customer service...for years! We have been a customer for over 12 years and they have set the bar high. The team works like a family and is consistently responsive to our needs. It is refreshing to receive such great customer service these days...a big HIGH FIVE to the team!
I wish I could be nicer... I swapped service to a competitor at 75 cents less per gallon...do the math. The best they'd offer was a 40 cent cut...nope. So, when they retrieved their tank they moved my new tank and took the blocks, leaving the new tank in the dirt on the hose... There is a pallet of new blocks for replacement, so he didn't have to get mine. What an immature way to say goodbye.
