Are working folks actually willing to pay $59 for a knit cap? I can get a Carhartt for $19 that'll last me 10 years. $119 for a scarf that might look nice, but won't keep the wind off. Cripes!
A quality product and a quality buying experience. I phoned the Denver store from a job site to make sure I was ordering the correct product, a good sized sheepskin rug - actually to be used for my very aging Australian Cattle Dog. Sales associate Patrick Murphy blew me away with his customer service and the time he spent helping me make a selection - texted actual photos of the items in-stock and colors available, took my order on my cell phone, explained the cleaning process and return policy, and had already sent me an invoice before I even got home. He guaranteed 1 day shipping and was spot on from the Denver store, and even followed up with a handwritten note to make sure I was completely satisfied. Exceptional customer service and a fine piece of sheepskin too. 5 Thumbs Up for Patrick and for Overland!
Was there this past Sunday with my father who was visiting. While wandering around I hear one of the women who work there verbally berate my father for trying to use a mirror that the group of customers she was trying to make a sale with was using. I promptly grabbed him and we left. You'd think retailers who sell overpriced goods would be a bit more customer friendly. Hard pass on ever going here again.
Received a pair of their alpaca socks from a friend. Wanted to buy more as gifts this year. As they do not sell the socks online, I called to get them shipped to Indiana. Robert went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. Thank you!

Finally pulled the trigger on purchasing a sheepskin B3 Bomber Jacket here and I do NOT regret it. Robert showed me a few different options and finally found my first leather/sheepskin coat. Less than 12 hours of having it and I’ve already received many compliments. Love this place!
Great product, great quality, I love the store. Freindly staff but not expert, the leather jackets and blazers lacks since of design and taste, alots of jackets look alike type, Store doesn't have fashionable colors. I couldn't give them a 5 stars beacuse I wasn't impressed with the designs and the availability of certain items and certain sizes. With regards to the wallets, backpack and brief cases, leather and tyloring is excellent, but 0 taste in creating fashionable pieces well-liked items, very poor taste. They must have horrible designers, too bad I couldn't pick few items that I liked in pictures but in reality they were nothing to brag about. The prices are on the high-end and I didn't mind that but the poor designing of jackets and blazers didn't attract my attention to make a purchase. I think you need go and see for yourself, items look great on the website and thier magazine but becarfull in reality they look little bit different.

I’ve purchased from this store twice now. The first time was for a really, really nice leather coat—and I still love it to this day. The quality speaks for itself. I was helped by Kai and Sarah, and also a wonderful woman in customer service whose name I unfortunately can’t remember. She was incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely helpful. The level of service made the whole experience even better. Thank you all so much. I’ll absolutely be back.
Lovely shop with very nice outerwear options. They have everything from shoes to coats and all are exceptional quality. This store is not inexpensive but equally, you know what you buy here will last a very long time. The staff is pretty friendly but can be difficult to get someone if they are busy.
