I love the very high quality and extensive selection of gorgeous warm shearling coats, boots, slippers, hats, and gloves at Overland. I have been shopping here for over 20 years and have a brown shearling jacket that I still wear. Last year, I purchased a long princess cut black shearling coat that is extremely warm and comfortable. However, the buttons loosened up quite a bit. I brought it in, and Roman kindly and expertly repaired them while I waited. I honestly thought I would have to send it in or take it somewhere else for repair. I was delighted to only have to wait about 30 minutes while Roman carefully crafted a perfect repair. Overland has earned my business for life!
So happy this store is in Denver! I needed a hat and was able to walk out with one that was perfect for me. It is made in the USA and beautiful wool, for a reasonable price. So happy with it. The sales associates were friendly and helpful.
This place rules. I just got two big 100% alpaca throw blankets for $132 each. They’re sooo soft. The staff are pleasant and helpful also.

Visiting Denver and went with my 18 year old son, he wanted a sheepskin hat and I went to look at coats. Didn't have much time but he knew what he wanted, found it and paid with his debit card. I found out after we left the store he had to leave a tip - he said the payment came up with minimum 5%. Bloody outrageous!! It's a retail store, why are they asking for a tip and making it difficult to refuse? We were going to go back as I wanted to get one of their sheepskin coats - not a chance.
Beautiful store, a bit on the pricey side, but not necessarily over priced. Just not priced for the average person. They sure have nice things though. I definitely enjoyed walking through the store,the staff was very friendly and kind. Just way out of my budget...
Great store, great service. Felt like I was getting ready to enter Westworld while trying on hats, jackets, etc... Victor helped my boyfriend and I find the perfect hats and we couldn't be happier. Thanks for a fun experience.

I had been looking for a leather coat for a long time. This store was exactly what I needed, they had a great selection, reasonable prices, and the staff was very eager to help as needed. If you want the best quality products and amazing customer service I highly recommend this store.
I was looking to buy some hats and some other apparel and this older blonde haired lady came up to me asking me "if I needed help with something." I replied "yes I'm looking at some hats" she then says "the store is about to close soon, the exit is this way." She basically kicked me out when the store was still full of other customers. I found this very rude of her. This was my first time coming here and will be my last.
