The service and warranty from this place is phenomenal and outmatched. They have earned my business for life. I had a coat that was missing a component, they happily exchanged it no questions asked. The replacement didn't fit the same, so they let me take my original coat back after they sent it out for repair. I had a totally different coat that got damaged and had a hole in the sleeve due to a moving accident where some furniture fell over. I called them to see about getting that part of the sleeve replaced, and they happily swapped it out with a new coat! This will always be remembered by me, as I absolutely love that coat and it's style. I was so upset when that happened to my favorite coat. This place will take care of you and their gear is top notch. I love that companies like this are still around to take care of their customers.
Incredible customer service and a great quality product. We purchased a large sheepskin rug for a new home and it was the wrong color once we finally moved in. Despite it being 2 months post-purchase, they happily exchanged it for a better color - all with a smile and great attitude. We will be back for more. Thank you again.
Our experience with Overland Denver was first class from start to finish. Friends recently told us about their exceptional quality, especially of their leather coats. A friend had been searching for a specific leather coat for years (and had been told by multiple NYC vendors that she'd have to have it custom made). Within 30 minutes of our arrival at Overland - and working with the amazing and expert Leanne Lee- she had purchased the coat of her dreams. The following day Leanne had found exactly the perfect, reversible leather/suede jacket for me (I am not an impulse buyer so this was no small task). Excellent customer service and I am certain I will own this beautiful jacket for many, many years.

I went in there and purchased a bison leather wallet the second time around. When I went in the first time to solve a problem I'm having with a leather good, the staff tried to help and made good recommendations instead of trying to sell stuff I don't need. It shows a lot of integrity, helpfulness and also I think the quality of the wallet I purchased is pretty nice.

Shopped late on 12/2 while staying downtown Denver. Immediately greeted and made to feel welcome by Ky and Marley. Ky was our salesperson, attentive and most of all, knowledgeable on all that Overland has to offer. Denver was getting ready for its first snowfall, we had no intent to buy a new coat, but with Ky’s help we found the perfect one! In this day and age, a quality shopping experience is rare, and Ky delivered. Thrilled with our purchase and happy with our experience. Incredible product and amazing warranty/customer service. Bought a pair of gloves a year ago, the lining wore through due to heavy use (not a flaw of the gloves), and they replaced with no questions asked.
