Very different, unique and good quality coffee. The owner is courteous and skillful. We had Moroccan latte and was one of the best I had. They have wide variety of coffee and tea. Service was quick, plenty seating and good location.
Their pistachio latte is SO good. All of the pastries are delicious and the service is always top notch. The other great thing about this place is that the chairs are actually really comfortable so it’s a great place to hang out for a while. Only downside is that most parking in the area is pay to park
Great small coffee shop in the Pearl District near the Residence Inn we stayed at. Next to a lovely park, you have a good view either inside or out. We stopped in for hot chocolate two days in a row and I was most excited about the many flavored whipped creams! Had marshmallow the first day and espresso the next. Tasty! Staff was nice and the cheese brioche was so good! I don’t want a regular Danish or cheese croissant ever again!
Coffee shop featuring Moroccan-inspired drinks. Great location by the Fields Park. The shop has big windows that let in light and offer pleasant views. The barista that took my order was very friendly and helpful with my questions. I got a pumpkin chocolate scone and a Moroccan chai. Scone was good, crispy outside and fluffy inside. The Moroccan chai was cool - I think it was sprinkled with coarse sugar, which created a sort of crust on top of the foam, but the rest of the drink wasn't super sweet, and the spices were strong but smooth. This was a good choice for something a little different.
My favorite affordable breakfast is their supreme biscuit breakfast sandwich with veggies, turkey sausage, and white cheddar on a homemade biscuit. Delicious and a great value for $5. Moroccan mint iced tea is another go-to. Oh, and their delicious scones. I have never been excited about scones but they’re excellent.
This is a lovely, good-looking coffee shop in the Pearl District in a classy area, parking may not be the best at all times but it's a nice walk to get to. The interior is pretty nice and service tends to be quick, not very much seating inside but that's been okay for me as I typically take my drinks to-go. They have a really good red velvet latte that I would recommend and have not found elsewhere.
This is by far my favorite Cafe in the entirety of Portland, Oregon. Everything is super affordable, the hot chocolate pictured Bellow was $2.75 and croissants ran at around $1.50 I think. For my hot chocolate, they had a lot of different types of whipped cream; espresso, chocolate, caramel, and more! The cups are huge and it's a lovely atmosphere. The food tastes amazing and I will definitely be coming here again.
UPDATED REVIEW 10.15.24: While everything I order here is always delicious, I did feel that I needed to update my Google review to reflect/highlight ONE issue..... The other day when I was getting my daily "Ovation Addiction" I couldn't help but notice the struggle that another customer was having. This particular (male) customer happened to be in a wheelchair and had a baby with them, and the baby needed a diaper change. So..... This is what I noticed: 1) The bathrooms seemed to barely be accessible to wheelchair users, as they are located in the back corner of the shop. 2) NEITHER bathroom had a changing table. 3) There appears to be at least one table "blocking" the access to the"Men's" bathroom. For the above listed reasons, I am changing my rating but the food, service and prices are still super wonderful!!!! AMAZING! Everything I try here is definitely perfect quality! The employees are always so kind and welcoming ! The prices are super affordable too!
I love, love, love the pistachio latte here. The service is always friendly, the drinks consistent and the perfect temperature. Thank you for being here, Ovation, my favorite work break stop.
First time here during our road trip. Tried Moroccan Pistachio latte, liked the taste of it but almond taste on the background was too much for me. Also tried veggie biscuit, that was fresh and nice. My wife tried mint tea, flavor was too strong for her.
