This is my favorite coffee shop I've found so far! I understand why it's a local franchise. I've been to 3 of their locations, and I like this one the most. Ovation has unique offerings and always wonderful baristas.
We’re used to simple coffee (think McD’s & Dunkin). This coffee shop blew our minds. The Moroccan spices with coffee and tea were delicious! Breakfast fare was tasty. And service was prompt and friendly. My daughters requested we go there twice!
As a vegan and none coffee drinker, I was happy to see there was a new drink option (dragonfruit lemonade), both me and my kid enjoyed it. However, after ten years of being a customer the service is no longer the family friendly environment we both had come to love.

I can see why this place is has high review...it's freaking amazing. We stop by here after brunch to grab some coffee and tea and totally glad we did. It's located right outside a park so you can enjoy the nice view as well as the dogs playing. We got the Moroccan coffee and the tea with sage in a small pot. First off, the small pot was $3.50...where do you see that kind of price?? Also, the tea was delicious. Plus, the people are super nice. The coffee was also delicious as you get a subtle hint of spice in the coffee and it's Soo smooth. Overall, definitely a place to hit and try as you Moroccan tea is something uncommon that you don't typically see.
As expected, everything was delicious. We had Italian coffee, espresso, London fog, Moroccan biscuit, veggie panini, and coconut scone. A must return cafe for sure! Looking forward to trying their Moroccan mint tea soon. The staff here is so nice. They do everything to make sure you're satisfied with your food and drink orders.
I like this place and am a repeat customer for almost 3 years. The staff are nice, food selection is well-priced and the coffee is decent. I'd only suggest more cleaning/bussing of tables and more consistent wifi. There's no bussing station so tables often have plates, cups, and crumbs on them because the staff get busy and don't notice or don't have time to clean them. (This place does get busy.) Also, the wifi often goes out. I understand that folks take up tables for hours and only get one thing. This is why I make sure I'm spending money at least ~$7/hr if I stay and work and never stay for more than a couple hours. In case the wifi thing is on purpose, I don't think it's wrong to have a sign to that effect if you don't want folks just buying a coffee and sitting for many hours. Otherwise, great place!
I go here 2-3 times a month and it's always the same experience for me. They are quick and my latte always comes out the exact same way. I love having a dependable coffee place with consistency in their quality, and everyone who works there is so nice.
Stumbled upon this lovely cafe due to a bus delay. Staff were welcoming and friendly and the Moroccan Luwessa tea was unique and delicious.
This place was great. The staff very friendly and let me try a few samples before ordering. Very unique coffee experience. The food was very good. I recommend the nitro lemonade. I have never had anything like it before. The spices in a latte were a really cool touch. Great outdoor seating on a nice day by a beautiful park.
