Ordered a turkey reuben, plain chips, 2 turkey bacon and egg on a crossaint also a blackberry tea. The reuben was great the marbled rye was super soft!
The staff is nice, and there are some good finds in their aisles, but their prices are steeper than comparable stores. Their hoagies are mostly bread with an insultingly small amount of toppings on them. I asked for cherry peppers and onions, and the sandwich barely had any on it, see image. For the price, there are far better options within walking distance.

When I ha e to pay $10 for a simple ham and cheese sandwich, and I ask for it toasted dark, I should get it thr way I want it, not the way you think I should eat. The tall man behind the counter doesn't speak any English. How can he understand simple instructions like, toast it dark please....then laughed at me when I returned the sandwich asking him to toast it again...

Edit: Just got a bug in my food and it's dead ------ The food/drinks are great and the store has a decent selection of items. The food is fresh and somewhat quick.
Haven’t been here in a while and am so disappointed I went today. Sandwich was HARD as a brick and tasted overall lackluster. The person who made the sandwich knew the bread was either old or had been toasted way too long. Customer service needs to be better from behind the counter and especially the guy at the register. Don’t waste your money at this location. Go to the one near 30th and Chestnut. Quality assurance is non existent.
The worst experience of the 3. They barely speak english and the older female at the register always seems to be rude toward african americans. Also, the food ordering machines rarely shows what that actually have. This place can not be real. Nicer people should be at service when people are spending their money. I will never return and i will make sure that i inform as many colleagues as humanly possible not to go to this store of disappointment. I will inconveniently walk an extra distance to wawa to get better overall.

Approached counter, said hello in a friendly voice. Cashier ignores my greeting while playing with her phone. She then looks up at my items and begins scanning. I said hello again and she says "oh hi." She over charged me. $17 for two $4.99 fruit containers and a 16oz water. I didn't want to look like the only black woman in the store causing an issue, as I was already perturbed by her terrible customer service, so I paid and left. Got outside to eat, fruit tasted like it was fermenting. To the trash it goes. Haven't had their sandwiches. Won't be to this location again. I love 7th and Chestnut though.
