The store is kept clean and organized. There is a variety of different products to choose from. The service is exceptional. Employees are polite and professional. I think this store is one of the better operated Old Nelson's in the area. This is based on I have been in all near by stores. The manager should be commended on how well the store is being operated.

Stopped by today for a bagel with cream cheese Plain was sold out so I settled for an everything. My daughter and I ordered from the Kiosk it took me a moment because so wanted the bagel to include cream cheese and butter but it was not an option. It was either one or the other so I placed the order for the cream cheese the. Spoke out to the cook for his attention… At first he seemed to ignore me so I said out loud the the bystanding customer …”Did he hear me?” The cooks back had been turned but he comes over and I ask for Butter, he tells me it will be 50 cents and I explained to him I wasn’t able to add it to my order. I was unaware that he would have to hand write the additional charge on my receipt but he however seemed a bit annoyed. For my first time there it made the experience a not so pleasant one. Now the bagel was fresh and delicious and even the woman who cashed me out exhibited a better up beat personality. It just didn’t sit right with me that he projected any frustration in my direction as I did not deserve to have my day affected by his demeanor.

As a student attending Penn, this place is amazing. The selection exceeds most Wawa’s and I always find myself having to explore my options with so many delicious choices. The staff is so incredibly nice and after a long day of torturous classes, they always brighten my day. Truly a homely vibe. Highly recommend this place!

Great customer service. There is a wide variety of groceries and snacks that I’ve never seen at other local stores. The foods are made fresh. I strongly recommend the soups and the deli selections. It is convenient that they have a kiosk for you to order from. Their smoothies are amazing too!

Took 20 minutes for a panini at 1.45 on a weekday

They sell delicious hoagie and deserts.

Good food. They have pre-packaged sandwiches and salads but you can also order using their kiosk system. Orders are made fresh. I especially like the Asian chicken salad/wrap.

I've gone here many times the last 4 months. Yesterday, while waiting for my sandwich I watched a roach crawl across a pile of sliced turkey meat sitting on a scale. Absolutely disguising. After telling the manager, I left immediately. I decided to check out their most recent health dept. report and the results are not encouraging. Here are the highlights: 20 * Turkey deli meat and grilled chicken was held at * 53 degrees F rather than 41 degrees F or below as required. 26 Observed insecticides or rodenticides not labeled by the manufacturer for food facility usage, in the food prep area. -Observed a bottle of "Raid" on the lower shelving in the coffee area. 36 Observed the front door propped wide open; which does not protect against the entry of potential vermin. 36 Visible physical evidence of insect activity (live German cockroaches and a fly) observed in the food prep area. -Live roaches observed on the rear lower shelving of the dry storage shelving. -Live roach observed under the 3-compartment warewashing sink. 42 Clean food equipment being stored wet, and not in a manner to allow air drying... wet nesting. 45 Observed cardboard lining shelving. 47 -Food debris observed on the food prep tables and lower shelving. -Debris observed on the left wall of the ice machine above the ice. -Food debris observed on the ledges of the cold prep units under the lid. 48 Slow hot water generation observed at the toilet room handwashing sink. 53 Clean floor perimeters of the food prep and warewashing areas due to dead roaches observed.

Scammers! The price is different from tag on cooler and I asked cashier why he said I know , i know and refuse to do anything about it .

I don't usually post bad reviews for customer service but this is the most unprofessional service I've ever had. I went here just to get cream cheese bagel. As people were running around with full of meat in their hands or on the counter, the guy who made my bagel tossed it to the other guy for him to pass it to be. This guy was holding meat in one hand and my bagel in the other (wrapped in a paper) as i took my bagel with confusion, he yelled "the slip " several times, as i was looking around to see what he was referring to, he pointed to the crumbled receipt in my hand.... I just went here because it is in the same building as my job but I rather walk one or two block than go to this place again. Their coffee is bad too.
