For the TLDR, never consider hiring these people. They were inconsistent on the quoted price and did not meet me at the time assigned. We were under signed contract and they were still unable to provide proper servicing. Here are some choice words that I would use to describe this company, Unethical, Liars, Deceptive, Repugnant, Despicable, Phony, Fraud, Fabricated, Irresponsible, Hypocritical, Cheat, Deluder, Vile, Villainous, Detestable, Abhorrent, Horrible, Terrible, No-good, Bad, Heinous, Wicked, Scummy, Lousy, Dysfunctional, Toxic, Unsupportive, Poorly Managed, Untrustworthy, Inadequate, Subpar, Awful, Futile, Ineffective, Unaccountable, Repulsive, Disgusting, Pitiable, Sickening, Oblivious, Uninformed, Clueless, Deflective, Foolish, and any other additionally negative comment that you would like to state. I was attempting to transport my vehicle from TX to OK, a short drive in relation to what it could have been. They quoted me one price, led me on to believe that I had a driver, let me drive the whole way there, and then let me know that I did not actually have a driver available for my services. James Kane was my dispatcher. I had to text them every time that I wanted an update. James, not once, never gave me an update on their own volition and time. James stated that the drivers were "not responding" to him. By the time he let me know, I had already travelled 4 hours on my own time to meet them at the contracted location at the assigned time. After stating such, he continued by letting me know that he would try to get a driver on the same day and if he was unable to, he would get a driver for the next day. He sent a text message that said, "The latest tomorrow yeap." I was understanding in knowing that things happen and faults happen as such. However, James was unable to find another driver for the day, so I not only had to pay for my own fuel and missed a day of work, but now I was having to stay a night in a town that I no longer had residence in. I was not too concerned with finding a place to stay but imagine had I not had friends to stay with. I would have had the cost of a hotel as well. James did not claim fault for the miscommunication or apologize for the additional time and money that I had to spend out of pocket. The conversation then continued by me asking, "Will they be here around 1-2pm" and James plainly stated, "yes." So I stayed another day with the hopes that he was not lying and misleading me. In the morning, I texted James again and he only, just then, sent me a screenshot of the messages he had sent a driver. The messages stated "Can you take it today?" as if James had not communicated that I needed delivery on that day prior to the day. The driver, of course, stated that they were unable to as such. I was maybe okay for another day if the charges were not going to increase. However, the conversation continued with him more than doubling my originally quoted price (230% increase). In that moment, I knew what kind of despicable company this was. James then tried to shift the blame onto the truck drivers. In that instant, I let him know that I no longer needed his services. After that, I drove home another 4 hours and am now left with finding another way to tow my vehicle after wasting 2 entire business days. Here are those words I would use to describe this company again, Unethical, Liars, Deceptive, Repugnant, Despicable, Phony, Fraud, Fabricated, Irresponsible, Hypocritical, Cheat, Deluder, Vile, Villainous, Detestable, Abhorrent, Horrible, Terrible, No-good, Bad, Heinous, Wicked, Scummy, Lousy, Dysfunctional, Toxic, Unsupportive, Poorly Managed, Untrustworthy, Inadequate, Subpar, Awful, Futile, Ineffective, Unaccountable, Repulsive, Disgusting, Pitiable, Sickening, Oblivious, Uninformed, Clueless, Deflective, Foolish, and any other additionally negative comment that you would like to state. Hopefully my comments and story steer you away from this company and communicate just how vile they are.

I’m incredibly grateful for the outstanding assistance provided by NRG Transport and Andrew Kane. Having never transported a vehicle before, I was unsure of the process and needed to move my dad’s car across several states. Andrew was consistently communicative and kept me informed every step of the way. Although the final cost increased slightly once a driver was secured, it was still very reasonable, and I completely understood the adjustment. Andrew was able to schedule the pickup exactly when I needed it—with just 48 hours’ notice—and the car arrived two days later in perfect condition. Thank you so much for the excellent service!
