They get the job done
Stay as far away from NRG Transportation as possible. This has been one of the most unprofessional companies I have ever dealt with. I signed a transportation agreement for $800. On the day my vehicle was supposed to be picked up, I was told the driver suddenly wanted $1,500 instead—almost double the agreed price. After I questioned why they weren't honoring the signed contract, I received nothing but vague responses and terrible communication. Their final response to my concerns was simply, "OKAY." Their actions completely disrupted my moving plans, forced me to cancel travel arrangements, and left me scrambling to figure out how I was going to get my vehicle transported. A company that changes the price at the last minute and refuses to communicate professionally has no business handling customers' vehicles. If a company is willing to disregard its own written agreement and leave customers hanging when it matters most, imagine how they'll treat you once they have your money. I would never trust NRG Transportation with another shipment, and I strongly recommend choosing literally any other broker before risking your time, money, and sanity with this company.
Horrible service
Long time customer but not by choice. -inconsistent delivery times and days -damage your product daily -lost packages, no tracking -will not return phone calls -not responsible for actions -suspicious signature's even when not delivered do not care about your package or service you recieve
