Never and I repeat never and I repeat never for the third time. Great price quoted but final bid about twice as high...

I had an Audi A4 shipped from Nampa, Idaho to Reno, Nevada 3/2025. I chose this company as a friend of mine had used them twice and were happy with the service provided, they gave us plenty of time notice for pickup and less than 24 hours later it was delivered in a covered truck. The price was reasonable, the service was excellent. If I am in need of such a service in the future I will indeed use this company.

Over 10 years working with NRG I am unable to count the amount of lost deliveries and returns that have happened with this company. When I do get my deliveries, they are usually 2-3 days late. My returns just seem to disappear into their warehouse and do not make it back. Recently the have "misplaced" a shipment of mine, a VERY large box and are not able to locate it... WOULD NOT RECOMMEND USING.

If I could put 0 stars, I would. I have been dealing with NRG for ten years....off and on. They recently lost a very expensive part that was billed to me by the dealership. Nina at NRG said that they sign for parts even if they are not there for pickup. Poor business practice if you ask me. Now I have to reorder the part, which is a week out, and also pay the next ten days rental on my customer's car myself. Nina said that this was not their problem. She even tried blaming the dealership. On the NRG website even their manifesto says they picked up the part from the dealer. I've come to the conclusion that these people are all a bunch of liars with no intention of doing what's right.

Alex is an exemplary worker. We love working with this company. Alex is always attentive! Great communication. We hope to continue working together in the future!

OUTSTANDING DRIVER TRANSPORTER TOM KANE CAME THROUGH AFTER OTHERS JUMBLED THE PICK UP. AFTER SEVERAL WEEKS OF BROKERS AND TRANSPORTERS TRYING TO BUMP THE COST I FOUND TOM KANE AND HE CAME THROUGH. ASK FOR HIM I WERE YOU. MAKING HIM A TIK TOK SO I CAN SHOW YOU WHAT A GREAT JOB HE DID FOR ME.

Sold me at $375. Signed a contract. Tried to make me pay $575 for the driver to pick it up later. Haggled with me until I blocked them. Not a good experience.

One Star – Complete Scam, Stay Away! I had a terrible experience with this company. They promised tohave a driver ready. The day of they called back request double the quote, took my money, and then completely disappeared. No product, no refund, no response to emails or calls. It’s clear now this was a scam from the beginning. I’m warning others—do NOT do business with this company. They are dishonest and predatory, and I hope no one else falls for their tactics.

This is my first and last time using this company. I reserved for my car to be picked up the beginning of January 2025, I was working with Alex and we confirmed a price for $350 which was perfect. The day before the car was supposed to be picked up I text Alex to confirm pickup time. Alex then informs me the pick up time and then slides in that the price will be $550 instead of $350 for my car to be picked up and delivered, which wasn’t going to work for me. He said the driver was originally asking $650, but he got the price down to $550 due to lack of drivers. I told Alex that price didn’t work for me, he comes up with another price of $450 after I told him $350 is all I have especially seeing that the reservation and price was confirmed weeks prior to pickup. Very unprofessional and don’t waste your time, the lack of drivers affected me even with me having this reservation booked weeks in advance with a set price of $350.

This company is absolutely atrocious. They make you sign a contract for a specific rate, and then bait and switch on you a day before they are supposed to come and pick up your vehicle. I'll be contacting my lawyer for breach of contract.
