My experience with Nexus was smooth from start to finish. Communication was clear, scheduling was straightforward, and the transport process was handled professionally. A special mention goes to the entire scheduling crew and Vladlen, the driver who delivered my vehicle. They kept me updated throughout the trip, arrived exactly when it was promised, and treated the car with real care. Their professionalism and attention to detail made the entire delivery feel easy and stress‑free. I’d gladly use Nexus again based on this experience.

We were very happy with the service. We called on a Tuesday late afternoon and got a pickup time for Thursday. My car was delivered Friday by noon. It came from RI to Michigan. It’s the first time my husband or I shipped a car and we were both very pleased. We paid a deposit over the phone with Nexus and the rest was given to the driver in cash upon arrival (the drivers take Venmo and other forms of payment too). The whole process was very simple , I have to admit I was very nervous about it as I read some horror stories. I researched several companies as most of my quotes came from brokers. Be aware you’ll get very cheap prices texted to you so they get you to call them back. Just make sure you do your homework read reviews & get a contract via text or email and make sure to ask if there are any hidden fees! We would for sure use Nexus again and I’d refer them too.

I had an excellent experience with Nexus Auto Transport. My daughter needed her truck transported to Montana before she arrived at her military base, and Sam, Vasa, Sadie, and Lily were incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. They worked diligently to find a driver and had the vehicle picked up from our home within 48 hours. Communication was outstanding from start to finish—they kept us informed every step of the way, promptly returned calls, and were always available to answer any questions or concerns we had. The entire process was smooth, professional, and stress-free. I truly appreciate the exceptional customer service provided by Sam, Vasa, and Lily. I would not hesitate to use Nexus Auto Transport again for any future vehicle transportation needs and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable auto transport company. Had an horrible experience with Nexus Transport . They quoted me $ 2,050.00 for a transportation of two vehicles on open transport from Ohio to California . I provided a 4 days window for pick up with 4 weeks notice . They missed the pick up window , had to leave for California forced to leave both cars in a business parking lot with the keys on a lock box with my belongings in the cars . 3 more days passed and had to voluntary increase the price to $ 2,700.00 to finally find a driver that was willing to pick up the job . The vehicles got picked up 6 days after the dead line of the last day of the pick up window . During the process communication was very poor and keep getting standard answers ( we are locating a driver we will call you as soon as we do ) until I got a manager involved . They gave me a low price on the original quote to get my business and at the end I actually paid the highest rate among any other company I quoted . At the end the customer supervisor Kenny took the time to follow up with me and everything she could to adress the issue . For me is not about compensation but consideration and genuine care and she addressed both very well . On a positive note the selected driver delivered both vehicles to destination late but safely .

My experience with Nexus Auto Transport was excellent. The communication was on point. They reps were able to get the vehicle pick up scheduled quickly and worked around my schedule. They were flexible in accommodating a few quirks in vehicle pick up associated with home sale and timing of our move. The enclosed transport driver was courteous and documented everything about the car at pick up and drop off. Timing of delivery was awesome, the driver gave a heads up and a 30min window of delivery and arrived within that window. The car arrived safely. I will definitely recommend Nexus. Great service all round.

After a bad experience with shipping a car in the past I was very leery of having to do so again. However, after contacting Nexus and having Beck transport the car. I will never look elsewhere again if the need arises to ship a car in the future. William sent a quote without needing my email address; he remained in contact with me without any pressure until I committed to shipping the car. I needed to alter the shipment due to weather delays…also no problem! Beck was assigned to be the driver. He was so kind and competent with getting the car onto the truck. He kept in touch while in transport. At the receiving end…again nothing but kind and courteous! I will forever be a customer after this seamless experience! Thank you all so much!!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WORKING WITH NEXUS AUTO TRANSPORT. I previously used Nexus to move one vehicle and had a decent experience so I decided to use them again to move two vehicles. Getting the quote and placing the deposit was straightforward because they love to take your money. When it came time for my vehicles to actually be picked up, Nexus didn't show during the pickup window and the excuses starting pouring in. Everything from summer being the busiest time of year, too many cars needed to be picked up in my area, a shortage of drivers, etc. All of this despite Nexus saying that my cars were "at the top of their national list" and they had expanded their search radius to find me a driver. Because I had plans to fly out after the time I expected my cars would be picked up, Nexus even suggested hiding the keys on top of a tire until they could arrive. Nexus eventually founda driver to transport my vehicles and said it would cost an extra $600. Shocker. I ended up leaving my cars at a friend's place and they were picked up that Saturday night long after I had already flown out and were delivered on Monday morning, later than what was promised even after pickup. Overall, working with Nexus was a terrible experience. Their communication is awful, the customer experience is poor, they WILL end up overcharging and under delivering. I sincerely wish I had just road tripped and will never use Nexus again. Please don't waste your time.

i called for a quote and received it the same day. the price was right and i ordered my car to be picked up in texas and a day later it was on the transport truck and delivered to me in california within3 days .the driver was great and communicated daily for delivery date and time. they rolled up to my home and parked it in front on the street. great job!!
