Newk's has the best cauliflower pizza (yes, better than Blaze), the best sandwiches, and salads! I live in Orange Park and I bought my family to this Newk's on Butler where I always go for lunch during work and my family loved it. My online orders are ALWAYS on time and warm when I arrive... I order mostly pizza and sandwiches :-) Management here, is amazing! PLEASE keep up doing a great job and serving great food!
Customer Service — I was really disappointed with the way I was treated by the front staff. They were unwelcoming and unprofessional, which left a very poor impression. I’ve always thought the food was good, but the experience at the door completely changed how I feel about the restaurant. It’s important to remember that while good food brings customers in, it’s the attitude and hospitality of your staff that makes them want to return. Proper training in professionalism and customer care would make a big difference.
The girl who got our to-go order together was exceptionally kind. Food was all correct & we enjoy it everytime we order!

I stopped by Newk’s Eatery recently and had a pretty good experience overall. You place your order at the counter, and then the food is brought out to your table, which makes it convenient and easy. The staff was very friendly and attentive, and the restaurant itself was clean and welcoming. Service definitely stood out in a positive way. I ordered the Green Goddess salad and a 1/2 pesto chicken sandwich. The salad was fresh, but the chicken was a little rubbery and there was a lot of dressing, which made it a bit heavy. The sandwich had good flavor but wasn’t anything special. Overall, I’d say Newk’s is a nice spot for quick service and a clean atmosphere, but the food itself was just okay.
I was so happy to find a Newk’sl location Buy Phillips Highway near Chick-fil-A Dunkin, and Whataburger. The cashier was so friendly and the Newks chicken salad sandwich was as delicious as I remembered and the homemade potato salad was great!. The highlight was a slice of their delicious homemade strawberry cake. The restaurant was clean, the service was great, and the food was amazing.
I used to luv this place. Horrible now. $60 for poor quality food thrown into a bag and spilling all over itself. Soups used to be quality but canned would be better. Salads were delicious before, now my favorite Black and Blue would be better from McDonald's. I would avoid this place if you want any form of quality.
Came in with my family for a dine in and could not be more satisfied with the fresh food and AMAZING STAFF. They were all so kind but ASHLEY really stood out. She gave the kids coloring sheets along with crayons to occupy them, she also had plenty of smiles and a great attitude. She was dedicated on ensuring we had an exceptional experience. Huge thank you to Ashley for just being awesome ❤️ will surely recommend and be back to visit.
