Great food. Friendly staff. Healthy alternatives if you're into that. Probably the best Newks in town

Ashley was so sweet and kind! She helped me with my order even though i’m a little complicated and the kitchen is great! They have never gotten it wrong in all the times i’ve gone back! Incredible. ✨

This was my first visit. I ordered a sandwich and chips. The sandwich was excellent; it was a good size and had enough ingredients. I started thinking about the value I got at Newk's versus Panera and think Newk's is a much better value than Panera.

I specifically asked for the bread to be toasted and meat and cheese to be cold. The employees took their precious time. I got to work and noticed how uncooked the bread is. I called the store and One of the managers (Al )was rude and condescending. Instead of I'm sorry for the inconvience, he told me he has video of him putting it in the oven. As mediocre and overpriced Newk's food is I expected way better customer service. I was disgusted and drove back for a refund.

Wow! It was actually pretty awesome. I went in thinking eh… but my Turkey Avocado Sandwich and Newk’s Favorite Salad turned me into a believer. (I got the half and half deal). The food is good nourishment, not junk. If you are in the mood for something healthier than fast food and better quality, give them a shot. You will be glad you did. (Just be aware that any of the premium salads add an up-charge of $2 to the half and half price, but it’s worth it). I’d have taken a pic but I was too busy eating😋

Love this place one of my favorite restaurants in the city. Still find value and fair prices.

My tomato basil soup tastes like tomato water. I guess with rising food cost their trying to stretch out their supply- they isn’t the way to do it. I always get the same thing and it’s clear what they did here. Food quality is going down - and prices for consumer going up. Newks isn’t cheap$ and if this is what I’m paying for - I’ll take a hard pass!

I was just there to pick up a order for uber and asked to verify the order and the cashier literally bluntly said I can't let you touch it because you may steal it. Are you serious. You will hear from my attorney and I do remember who it was. The fact it took almost took 2 weeks to reply just confirms that you care nothing about your customers. Smh

This is a new chain which we have never before seen. It was friendly! It was clean! It was delicious! We will return because we enjoyed the food, the service, and the atmosphere! There is also an intriguing condiment bar with unusual items such as: homemade bread & butter pickles, capers, shredded parmesan, bread sticks, artichokes, various sauces, herbs, and seasonings. Something which was a great convenience but I've never seen in a restaurant - a wet sink outside of the bathroom with soap and hand towels. If you just need to wash your hands before you eat... genius!
