Newks is our staple office to-go order spot. The food is consistently good and the online ordering platform is easy. The staff is always super friendly even in the busiest of rushes.
Amazing food, never disappointed when I come here
This evening we walked in and our cashier (shoutout) Lily was super patient with us as we are new to this restaurant. We order a salad and sandwich to go. The food came out fast but sadly after we had left we realised the sandwich was wrong. We called the store and right away Lily answered and was apologetic! She had also realised the mistake before we called and had already taken action to rectified this. I asked if we could stop by same day and switch the sandwich, which the Newk’s team was happy to do. They also said if we didn’t making it back we can come another day AND our sandwich had already been refunded back to our card. Normally calling to try and correct an order can be met with anger. This crew handled it with professionalism and wonderful customer service. 5 star: quality food, quality people, and mistakes are normal, how you respond to them is what will have my family coming back to this establishment! I've been going to Newks for over 8 years. They have great salads and sandwiches. I also love there personal size pizzas and soups. Everything there is fresh made.
100% one of the best places I've ever eaten! My mother and I were in town for medical appointments. We were not familiar with the area restaurants. We found this place and were so impressed we went there for the three days we were in town! First we each had a salad. I had the shrimp and avocado and she had the chef. Then we ordered sandwiches to take back to the hotel for dinner. So delicious! The next visit was lobster bisque soup and sandwich for me, Mom had a turkey sandwich and pasta salad. The temperatures outside was horrific! Between 92-99 degrees. This place was clean and cool and such a lovely atmosphere for dining! Our last day there we grabbed a piece of chocolate cake. So yummy! We would love your restaurant to be where we live in Georgia!! Anywhere close to Brunswick would be great!
This was my first time at Newks and I will definitely be back. The potato soup was fantastic, the pizza was good but thin and crunchy which is fine but some people may not like that, and the whole place smelled awesome! The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. Overall I had a great experience.
Ashley, the shift lead, gave us exceptional service and mentioned how much she loves her job, which made me happy. It’s clear this company treats its employees well, and that reflects in the quality of service. Ashley was friendly, professional, and created a positive atmosphere. Highly recommend!
First time going tho I heard good things I really didn't expect much, but was happily surprised by not only the service but the food. Definitely be a 1-2x monthy trip for our family pizza nights!!

Sandwiches were great, full of flavor and satisfying. The pasta salad could use a bit more herbs for flavor. People were friendly and helpful. Seat yourself, with plenty of options for booth, table, or Hightower. Staff kept on top of table cleaning and was always smiling. Edit: came in on 1/15/23 and the pasta salad was COMPLETELY different! Had flavor and was tasty enough we finished it and took it home! 3/11/23 and the pasta was bland again, but Mac n cheese was amazing!
