I was in dire need of a quick fix to a file storage issue. Clifton and Patrick were amazing. They worked with me to get everything cleaned up and operational without any hitches! Thank you guys! Using the "Please block this sender" is a great service! I get a few hundred emails a day and being able to permanently block unwanted urls is extremely helpful! Our new Phoenix office is being set up for remote work. Hans stepped in before my ticket even got recorded. He sent pictures of how to solve my problem and I had an immediate "AHA!" Delightful! Bobby is always on top of things, often solving problems before we even know they exist! Conrad not only solved the problem I was having, he also solved several other things during our call. Excellent and exceeded expectations! Migrating to the new cloud based system proved to be seamless, thanks to the Net Effect team. The whole process was accomplished over one weekend, and by the time everyone came in, the team didn't even realize anything had happened. Going from on-premise to the cloud was an excellent move for our company.
