You really learn what type of IT support vendor you have when it comes to a time of crisis. We have recently confirmed we are in the best of hands with net Effect and Jared. Our business was completely down due to a software issue. A software where Net Effect is not even the support agent. However, Jared was still able to get us back and running much quicker than then the support staff from the actual software company.
