First of all, I'm sure my request of wanting remote desktop access from Samsung DeX is an unusual one, but with the information and links I was given I was able to learn a little and get started. Wonderful team to work with! Would recommend to anyone that doesn’t want to maintain their own full-time IT department. We recently replaced our switches and firewall, they did a very professional job with the cabling, making it look a lot neater than it was before they came in.
