Great community! As a consultant I really do need more than just a desk and computer--I need office machines, fast internet, mail/packages receiving/sending, recycling/shred bins, receptionist, conference room access, and a convenient/central location. Welcome to NedSpace, they have it all! + great atmosphere/culture and lovely coworkers from various industries--whose help/collaboration has saved my a** more than once! Highly recommend!
I love the feeling when I walk into NedSpace -- there's simultaneously a sense of calm and a lot going on. The vibe of creativity is palpable, and just can't be matched in a home office. It's energizing to be in a place where likeminded people are doing things THEIR way. I also like that there are a lot of different types of space to meet different needs. I definitely count NedSpace as one of the things that make Portland the amazing place it is.
I go to regular meetings with founders at NedSpace and I love this space. It is a welcoming, supportive space for entrepreneurs with upscale amenities. The advice and inspiration I've gained from my meetings with creators at NedSpace has been priceless. Absolutely priceless.
I love the look and feel and energy of this uber creative space! I appreciate the flexible use of the various areas, and have held several events here. I visit at least once a week, and sometimes more often. But, no matter when I pop in there's always a friendly face, and an encouraging "vibe" from whomever I encounter. The managers know how to create a clean, and modern looking space that makes even the smallest of business owners feel like a big shot. And having access to the podcast studio is REALLY the icing on the cake for me!
Wonderful place to work. Grew my company from a hot desk to a permanent desk to an office with the help of the NedSpace community. It's a women friendly co-working place as well. Mark Grimes encourage women founders to meet every Wednesday mornings, and make it possible for us to exchange ideas, provide support and build our own women founders community.
NedSpace is a haven in a sea of humanity. Yes, this does sound extreme and it is True. They have created a gorgeous and productive space where there is true community. As we decide where to have an outpost, NedSpace is the one. I like that real people support and look after one another in an authentic way that I haven't experienced even in traditional places of work! Bravo NedSpace!

Excellent environment for the early phase of our business. People are professional, friendly, and diverse. The space feels clean and productive. The NedSpace team is very responsive to feedback and requests. The whole experience is several steps above a Regus experience. It's exactly the way you'd hope a Portland startup office would be.
I’ve been working out of NedSpace’s downtown Portland location for about a month, and it finally feels like I have a real office again as a remote designer finishing my portfolio. The value is excellent: a proper desk with a big monitor, fast internet, and glass-walled conference rooms when I need to meet or take calls without worrying about noise. The full kitchen and lounge make it easy to spend the whole day here, and the espresso machine lets me make my own lattes and save a pretty penny instead of running to coffee shops. Most importantly, the community is genuinely supportive—founders, remote workers, and small business owners who are here to build, not just cowork. If you’re remote in PDX or an entrepreneur tired of working from home, NedSpace is absolutely worth a tour.
I've been a member of the local startup community for a few years and absolutely love NedSpace. They have an authentic feel, plus so many resources for startups including easily accessible coworking space, beautiful conference rooms, a podcast studio, kitchen, and an easy booking system. There are also a lot of great community events that I've been able to tap into by being there.
