I haven't had good past experiences with traditional tire places so I was a little apprehensive about My Tire Guys - at the same time the convenience of the service they offered was exactly what I was looking for. But it turned out great. I contacted them through their website form and they got back to me with a suggestion for tires they had in stock which it turned out were a very good suggestion for my vehicle. They provided a quote which I thought was very reasonable given that it included labor, disposal etc. The guys who did the tire installation were about a half hour early which also worked out well. I think the whole process took less than an hour. I would strongly recommend this business to others. My only minor suggestion is that they could make their website more up-to-date in terms of e-commerce functionality.
The team at My Tire Guys have been fantastic for my seasonal tire swaps and storage. They are super responsive, friendly, and accommodating with questions and scheduling. They are true pros in navigating the tire swaps within the city of Boston, getting the job done quickly and smoothly. Definitely recommend.
I just barely passed my emissions test on Tuesday, with a strong admonishment about my tires. I immediately emailed My Tire Guys and had an appointment on Friday. Ralph and Julio showed up 10 minutes early with everything they needed to help me. They replaced all four tires and took the old tires away! When I first heard about this service years ago, I thought it sounded too good to be true—but I was pleasantly surprised that it absolutely delivers. We use them to switch the tires on my wife’s X7, swapping between winter rims with full snow tires and regular tires each season (spring and fall). The process is seamless. It takes about 30 minutes, the rims are thoroughly cleaned, and the off-season set is removed and stored. They come right to your driveway, and the whole job takes less than an hour. The technicians are always friendly and professional, and the quality of work is excellent. I highly recommend this service and will 100% continue to use them.

The My Tire Guys service is the best, no sitting around in a waiting room smelling of rubber for hours on end. I just put my car on the drive way, explain anything of note, provide the wheel lock and an hour or so later the car is ready. Service is always friendly, professional and efficient

I’m not from Boston, and I live on the road. My wheels were stolen and these guys were absolute professionals throughout the entire process. 24 hours after I called them, they were out with new rims and tires. They were able to get my car OFF THE GROUND, and safely installed all four tires, while it was in a Holiday Inn parking lot stall. HIRE THESE GUYS. Thanks again for your help. Every five star review is well deserved. Also some of the kindest gents you’ll ever meet.
I will never go back to a traditional tire shop after working with My Tire Guys! Jimmy was extremely responsive and helpful via email to arrange the appointment and the team that arrived to mount my tires on my new wheels were extremely professional, completed the job promptly and were super attentive to my instructions regarding rotating tires, removing spacers and in general treated my car and wheels with great respect. Do yourself a favor and reach out to My Tire Guys if you ever need any work, especially if you have a nicer vehicle you want to ensure is treated right.
