The team at My Tire Guys was professional, friendly, and expedient! They came during the COVID-19 pandemic wearing protective gear and followed all mandated protocols during the service. They gave me a competitive price on four new tires, swapped them out, and disposed of them all under an hour for the price they quoted me over the phone. I highly recommend their service and convenience!
I have been using My Tire Guys for a few years now for new tires and wheels and seasonal swap and storage. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Jake and team are easy to work with and they know what they are doing. And the convenience! A huge improvement over waiting for hours at the tire shop.
I wasn't sure about using this service, I needed tires but hate going to the dealer who always feel like a constant negotiation. I bought the exact tires I wanted from Tire Rack and had them shipped to My Tire Guys to install. I figured I'd give them a try. They were very communicative, on time, did the work right at my office parking lot. Exceptionally neat, clean + professional. Yes they cost a little more then the animals at the local tire shop, but everything was 100% perfect. I would use them again in a second and highly recommended.

Getting in touch with My Tire Guys was so easy, and I had an appointment next day! The guys who showed up to fix the tire were quick, friendly, and the tire is great. They filled the rest of my tires without me asking, took the old tire, and it was very reasonably priced. Super convenient service; I would recommend to anyone!
The most painless car experience. My husband and I work pretty busy jobs schedule wise and the owner was quickly able to fit us in on a weekend during peak busy season. My email exchanges with the owner were prompt and professional. It's very obvious there is pride with this business. The gentleman who arrived at my apartment were exactly on time and incredibly nice. They were able to service both of our cars and finish within an hour. They even stacked our tires away in our basement. I was chatting with them briefly and you can tell they enjoy their work (they even said they did) and really cared about any questions we asked. Overall, for convenience the price is 100% worth it. The tires themselves cost wise weren't that much different than other shops. I'll be recommending them to anyone who needs winter tires!
Convenient, easy to schedule and great service! I spoke to Jimmy to go over options for my Mercedes C300. He went over the best tires for my needs in different price ranges and then I scheduled the service. The service was exceptional. They were at my house 15 minutes early and the service was done within 45 minutes. I would highly recommend My Tire Guys!
We got a flat tire upon arriving in Boston and contacted My Tire Guys to make an appointment. The staff was very knowleagable and came out the next day. We are from Connecticut and wish there was a My Tire Guy in our state. The technician was very efficient and was able to find a place on Boston's busy streets to fix and install the tire. We could not believe how quickly the tire was installed. Excellent experience!!
