Jake, the owner, was very helpful in explaining the options I had for changing a flat tire. He has ordered a new tire for me and the next day the other Jake showed up at my parking lot on time and was able to repair my tire on location without the need to change to a new tire. I just gave him my keys and he was done in 20 mins. Best service ever! I would definitely use their services again as I trust their honesty and work ethic. Highly recommended!
I was really impressed by the service and friendliness at all stages of the process, from inquiring, to getting my tires installed, to the follow-up. They made the tire change process so easy! Love that they come to you. Could not recommend them more!
I was a little nervous trying something as different as a mobile installer, but after getting the run-around at a couple of the chain stores figured I'd give it a shot. It was a great decision. Not only did they beat the online prices, they were also on time, courteous, very professional, very careful of my vehicle and the new wheels, and willing to answer a couple of questions I had. In no case did they talk "down" to me as a lay person, but treated my questions and concerns with respect. If you've ever gotten the brush-off from a so called professional you know how lousy that feels. My spouse will need new tires next year and I just selected my vendor and installer, My Tire Guys. If I could rate them at 6 stars I would. Edit and follow-on for 4/3/2025. Normally I do my own winter to 3-season wheel swap over. I couldn't this year so I had My Tire Guys perform the work at my home. Their installer did a great job. He exercised plenty of care removing my winter setup and installing the 3 season setup. Very careful not to damage the rims, tightened everything to spec, reset them to the correct air pressure, and tidied up after work was done. I don't plan on setting foot in a tire shop again.
Just had My Tire Guys out to take my winter tires off my SUV after too long a winter here in Boston. It was fantastic to have them come to me. It was a somewhat misty rainy day and they did the change in my garage and were done in under an hour. Can't beat that for service. I put the tires on myself last fall to make sure I could do it in a pinch, but I'll definitely be using My Tire Guys as much as possible. Highly recommended.
Seamless process; they contacted me back ASAP, were able to order the tire to get it in the next morning. They came by to my job and replaced my tire quickly and helped me out through each step. I’ve never heard of a mobile tire shop but I am so glad I did because they were able to help me with tire choices and got my car up and running in less than 24hrs!! They’re now my go to tire shop!! I tried multiple other shops, they said 2-3 days for my hankook tire and then I’d have to hassle and wait for it to get installed but I am so glad I went with my tire guys. HIGHLY RECCOMEND!!
My first experience with Tire Guys and it was so easy to arrange a summer winter swap. Patrick arrived bmg on time swapped the wheels on my 911 and the took the winter tires for storage. Totally efficient and took great care to do a super job. Reasonable in price and I know it was done perfectly
The customer service and workmanship of this team is outstanding. From e-mailing Jimmy to having Julio perform the needed services on my vehicle. The experience was top notch and such a smooth series of events. I am definitely going to be contacting them about new tires in the future.
