Im very dissapointed of the service provided by your attendant Adrian a gentleman from Venezuela at The Mark. When I arrived he stated that the fee was $50 for leaving my car at the front since Im handicap and since I didnot have the $50 in cash I proceeded to pay trough the app and the fee charge by the app was $14 and I left $5 tip. When I arrived to claim my car he demanded I give him $30 in cash because that was an agreement with him. I paid the $30. But I would like to know if your employees can over charge at their will. I felt like I was been robbed, as I been a common client and never paid more than $30 for the same spot in the same place. Please archive this as a full complaint. This valet company always treats me very well and are always on top of their job!! The ones that i’ve had the most experience with are Daniel, Kevin, and Nestor from 1060 brickell.
They hire unprofessionals who do not deserve to have a driver's license. My wife parked my manual transmission BMW M235I with them and specifically asked them if they knew how to drive a stick shift car. They said yes and never brought the car back. My wife asked the other attendant to call the driver and find out what happened. The attendant who called the driver panicked, hang up and run up to get the car. When he finally brought the car down it had an overheated warking sign on the dashboard, the engine smelled burned and the entire garage smelled like burned clutch. Turns out the little kid who claimed to know how to drive a manual transmission car, had no idea how to drive it and he kept on accelerating for a prolonged period of time with out releasing the clutch to the point that he burned it. I called the police, filed a claim with MP Parking immediately, filed a claim against their insurance and they don't even acknowledged my calls nor my emails. They are obviously not planning on paying me for the damages. I strongly recommend to not use their valet parking services if you don't want them to damage your car just because they feel like it.
Watch out for these guys! They crash cars and DO NOT INSURE IT. In fact they’re ignoring my buddy right now, which they promised to cover the expenses over 4 months ago! They don’t have the means to cover your cars but they’re doing services for it, this is insane!!!! Be careful, park your car elsewhere!
Very deceptive in the manner they’re administering the valet parking service for the Mark on Brickell. Visited the restaurant in the building and valet parked expecting to pay $10.00 as is clearly advertised on their station when you drive up onto the property;The cost was $24.00. The $24.00 cost for the valet parking to the restaurant was conspicuously hidden from sight and only visible once you leave to pay for the valet and retrieve your vehicle. I will be reporting them to the city and to the state. This is simply dishonest and abusive to the city’s patrons.
PM Parking and Gustavo in particular were a pleasure to deal with in hiring them for an event held at Dolores But You Can Call Me Lolita in downtown Miami. Gustavo made the process easy and seamless snd was extremely responsive throughout. Thank you for the wonderful service!
This valet has excellent service, luis on the day shift always goes above and beyond. All the guys are always super courteous and polite.
I frequent several restaurants in Brickell where Miami Parking operates valet and have only received outstanding service and great attitudes from staff. Employees seem to be well trained and organized. I would recommend valeting with them if you ever eat at Novikov or Komodo.
