Today's experience was my first time dealing with this company; the atmosphere of the overall experience was excellent and exceeded my expectations of any other car place that I have worked with. The staff is professional in every aspect of the word and will ensure that you leave satisfied. I will beyond a doubt recommend this seller to any and everyone. Worked with Blaine and Justin during our visit, they did an excellent job ensuring that everything is in order before we left.

We went to purchase a slightly used Mercedes convertible. Unpretentious, cool and knowledgeable sales rep Jason helped us. There was never any pressure and he was very helpful. The price was actually below value according to KBB and the vehicle was in excellent condition! We had vehicles that we drove at their lot (in addition to the new one) and they happily followed us home with the new ride. We went to several other dealers looking at Mercedes (including Mercedes) and by far I felt like they (Jason) had the most integrity and competitive pricing. Highly recommend for value and service. We bought one of their lesser expensive cars and were treated very well - they have an amazing selection for real car connoisseurs.

I've bought a lot of cars over the years but the service I received here tops anywhere I have been. The great service doesn't end after the sale they will take care of you for any of your needs. My wife and I bought our 1st lamborghini from here after taking it home we found a few small issues they didn't even say bring the car back they had the Car picked up in a covered trailer from our home repaired the items and then returned it at no cost to us. They staying contact the entire time. When we're ready to upgrade this car we will definitely be back I almost never write reviews unless the service is exceptional you won't be disappointed.

Blaine was amazing to work with for this transaction. Extremely profession and found me an unbelievable rate of 2.2%. I had a few issues with the car and Blaine worked with me to get each one resolved. Talk about amazing service, I would surely go back to them without hesitation and must highly recommend. They went above and beyond my expectations and I'm thrilled with my purchase.

I just purchased my second car in less than a year from Metrolina. I couldn't be happier. Justin was great and so was Ryan. The process was easy and they were wonderful to deal with. Here is the kicker. After driving my car home the next day I had a transmission problem. Understanding that I bought the car "as is with no warranty" Metrolina would be well within their rights to tell me the transmission was now my problem. They did the exact opposite. They told me right away that they would take care of everything and apologized for my problems (which they couldn't have foreseen). Its easy to be happy about a business when everything goes well, the true mark of customer service comes when something unforeseen goes wrong and they hit the ball out of the park. I will definitely buy my next car from Metrolina and would recommend them to anyone! Thanks Ryan and Justin!

This dealership is absolutely excellent. They always have a very impressive stock of vehicles. I am never disappointed by this dealership. The staff are exceedingly helpful and friendly. This is a very professional establishment that I would highly recommend to anyone in the market for an exotic vehicle. Layout of the show rooms are clean and well done. I do thoroughly enjoy that they allow you to look and get up close to the vehicles. I go here often, and am waiting for that special vehicle that will one day be mine.

I have never tried to purchase a car without a test drive or seeing it in person, but when I found the Porsche I liked, I reached out to Metrolina and worked with Brandon who made the car purchasing process easy. The experience was smooth and straight forward, with delivery to my house.
