This was my second vehicle I bought from these guys. They are just amazing and the owner really takes the time to make a personal effort to get repeat business and customers and continues to strive to be a entrepreneur❤️ Hands up to anybody that comes with their bootstraps on to be a part of something they want to grow. As a 20 year old I don't expect for the salesmen to think that I am a serious buyer but when you go to the same dealer twice in one month and it takes over 30 mins for an employee to ask if we need help on a day that you can stand around and watch paint dry I find it absolutely absurd and have definitely reconsidered where I will be purchasing my next car. The management should definitely take a look at who they are hiring. If I could give them a zero I would because their customer service was possibly the worst I've ever had at a car dealership. I was treated with far greater respect at a Maserati dealership when I purchased my Ghibli. Moral of the story is that I will not be going back and advise that no one spend their money at such an abhorrent dealership.

I wish I express all the frustatration in words. I bought my dream car with them, I thought because they have nice cars they will take care of me. They only I can see myself buying a car again with them is only if I have to buy a car to never drive it and keep locked in the garage. I have been calling and they'll but they don't keep up with the problem. It's been 2 months since I bought my car and I still haven't been able to get a straight answer as when I'm going to get my license plate. Update: After I did the review it took about 2 days to get my license plate, after that they contacted me and tried to make up for all the incident that happened.

I would like to thank the whole metrolina auto group team for making this purchase as easy as possible, i purchased a Rolls Royce Ghost EWB, It was my first time buying a vehicle unseen, i couldn’t be happier, car was just as described, not perfect but at the end of the day it was a used car, the finance team found a bank that offered a lower apr than my own credit union i was approved within minutes, due to weather conditions my flight was cancelled to be able to pick up the car, so they offered me a complete refund and FREE SHIPPING from North Carolina to DALLAS TX!! Blaine and his whole team made this possible until the end, thank you very much!! I would like to recommend this dealership to anyone whos looking for a exotic car at a competitive price!!

2nd buying experience at Metrolina Auto Group was even better than the 1st. Top notch dealership with great inventory - nice clean cars, great showroom and friendly buying experience. Finance folks are top notch and they are there to help you. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a better buying experience.

BUYER BEWARE!!!!! I don’t usually give reviews but I have to save people from being fooled and making the same horrendous mistake I made. But I will say this is the best place to buy a car if you are trying to wait 5 hours for a salesman every time you walk in, wait 4 weeks to receive your car, and then when you get your car, the car is not safe to drive on the road. If you enjoy throwing money away with car repairs, look no further than Metrolina because they will charge you service and not even touch your car!!!!! Don’t bother to call or get ahold of them because unless you give them money, they won’t help you with anything.

Oh My GOODNESS is all I say when visiting Metrolina Auto Group!!! Their extensive showcase was nothing short of AMAZING!!! My husband and I where just looking, dressed in our gym clothes... YIKES! Justin, showed us the upmost respect, he was personable and knowledgeable about anything we asked. To my surprise, my husband gifted me with a BEAUTIFUL G-Class that was in impeccable condition. It has been a while since I purchased a vehicle so I was a bit nervous but thank goodness Justin and Darius are awesome, so friendly, patient and will do everything they can to help!! Had an appointment to view a motorcycle where I sat outside for 45 minutes. Couldn’t get in touch with my salesman. Finally someone inside came out and asked if I needed help and called my salesman. After 15 minutes of waiting for them to “bring the bike outside” I find out they sold it out from under me and let me drive all the way there anyway. They let me look at another Ducati they had but wasn’t out for sale yet. Asked my salesman for details and he ghosted me. I just bought from Motorcycles of Charlotte instead. Least professional experience I’ve ever had working with these guys. Or trying to work with them anyway. They didn’t really have much interest in working.
