Metrolina Auto Group

Great group of people. First met them about a year ago when I bought a 2008 BMW 550i from Ryan Moreno (co-owner). Unfortunately, soon after I bought it the car began having some issues: some big, some not so big, and none of which these guys could have foreseen. They fixed everything, no questions asked. Have stayed in touch with them since then and Ryan is always quick to get back to me. It's rare to find a quality, high-end independent auto dealer that you can trust, but these guys are it. Won't buy a car anywhere else.

Great experience. Very fast. After first phone call, handled all transactions and financing through texting. How nice is that? Car was delivered exactly as promised and was exactly what I wanted. I never purchased a car like this through the internet before, but I will do it from now on. If you know what kind of car you want, and the price that you want to pay, this is the way to go. I got married this past weekend in Charlotte and although I live out of state, Kit at Metrolina Auto Group was very helpful and went out of his way to make sure everything went smoothly. The vehicle I rented for my wedding was impeccable. I have bought 3 vehicles (from Ryan & Justin) and all have been awesome!!! I Have referred several of my friends who have bought Maseratis and Mercedes from them with the same results. I have also used them to consign my Bentley GT, BMW 750 and 2 Jeeps. The consignment fee is very reasonable and makes it easier for me to sell my vehicles. Their showroom is by far the best I have ever seen and I sometimes drop by just to check out the high end cars. I would definitely recommend Metro Auto Group to others. I give these guys a 5 out of 5 for their fridley, knowledgeable customer service. They also have a high end service/repair shop in back were I have all of my vehicles severed now.
