First time and had a very good experience. Had several questions and the person answered them all. The food was quite tasty and seemed fresh. No issues and would totally return. Not crowded and took about 15 min for my order. Recommend!

I have never received an order from here that actually matched what I ordered. It’s almost funny. The first time I came here I asked for the turkey avocado with no cheese. They left the cheese on anyway. Ok, no big deal. The next time I ordered the same thing, and this time they correctly held the cheese—but they also, inexplicably, left off the avocado (from a turkey avocado sandwich. It was basically turkey and bread). Today I decided to avoid the issue and order the farm club, which doesn’t come with cheese—but I don’t eat pork products, so I asked for no bacon. The cashier circled “no bacon” in red on the receipt. See the photo of the bacon pieces I nevertheless picked off my sandwich after biting in and realizing there was definitely bacon. Come on guys. This is not complicated. It wasn’t even busy today.

2 locations in downtown seattle, looks great from outside - so it must be decent right? (1) The online ordering system got the pickup time wrong by about 30+ minutes We had two orders, first one with 2 sandwiches and a second order that was made 10 mins later. The orders came out in such a weird delayed order that they literally asked us if we may have ordered it at a different location! (2) The chicken parm & peruvian steak sandwiches tasted so old and soggy - probably because they were ready for a long time before they set them out?? The chicken and steak both tasted gross. Pass.

Great spot to grab a healthy bit to eat. Was very nice to be able to pop in after a day walking around the city. I had the chicken pesto caprese sandwich and tomato basil soup. Friendly staff and very clean.

I found a literal spider in my chicken soup!!! Absolutely disgusting. I already feel sick and unwell. What kind of “supposedly clean” restaurant provides a SPIDER in a chicken soup. Never ever am i eating here again or letting my family near this area. Absolute waste of money and a health hazard in the least of sense. I just wish i kept the soup before throwing it away so i can take pictures of it and take it up with the relevant authorities.

I tried their "Not So Fried" Chicken Sandwich. While the sandwich itself wasn't outstanding, it had a delicious taste that I enjoyed. However, what truly stood out during my visit was the exceptional service and hospitality of the staff. From the moment I walked in, the team working there was incredibly welcoming. They took the time to patiently explain the menu options, making recommendations and helping me choose the Sandwich. Service was prompt, with my order arriving in just about 10 minutes. Their dedication to customer service is commendable and will certainly bring me back for another visit.

Mango salad outstanding. Tastes like a spring roll. So much food. R got avocado quinoa salad. Very nice too but he was jealous of mine Not cheap, $15/salad. But worth it. Very fresh. Clean smelling. Order at counter

Bright and upbeat atmosphere. Great service for a casual dinner or lunch. Stopped by around 6:00 for the not-so-grilled chicken sandwich, but chose the Peruvian steak sandwich and couscous side based on recommendation from Robert P. It was great!

This review is based on my few trips to Mendocino farms. I really liked their chicken farro soup it was pretty good, tomato soup was average. I loved all their lemonades, however had a mixed feelings about sandwiches. I didn't like "not so fried chicken" didn't felt anything close and why chicken is cold? Usually chicken comes hot in this type of sandwich. The other one I tried with chicken caprese pesto was very good. Peruvian sandwich was good too it comes warm and meet is very delisious. I went during weekends and the place was empty, but one time I came there for a lunch on Monday and place was packed. Online order would be 1 h so I had to stay in the queue around 20 minutes. I understand that they use quality ingredients but it's kind of pricey sandwiches and some of them are very average that one can make at home.

I was in this location and they were SLAMMED. I didn't get my order until 25 min after the pick up time. Not only was this understandable, they gave regular updates to the order, considered the time I had to be back at work, and gave me a free drink for my trouble. I'm sorry I don't remember her name but a woman with short blonde hair & also Kevin, SHOUT OUT to those two for handling the rush and keeping it upbeat while doing it. Mendocino needs to give them a fat raise. I'll be back!!
