Big fan since living in OC. Everything I've tried has been fresh, delicious, and someone unique compared to your average sandwich/salad spot. Only complaint is how spicy most of their menu is. Not all of us can handle the heat, Mendo. 😭
We enjoyed the couple of vegan options they offer (would of course love to see more!) & loved the lemonade. We were disappointed in the plastic packaging & plastic forks for the salad—compostable would be so much better! Until they offer more sustainable packaging, we’ll probably skip out on eating here again.
I really wanted to love this place because it’s so close to my work but I’ve given them 3 tries and they lack quality and efficient customer service. I placed an order just today for pick up at 11:45am, and it’s currently 12:49pm and my order is still not ready. Another lady beside me ordered hers for pick up at 11:36am and she didn’t have her order either. The Mediterranean salad is pretty good but not good enough to wait in a crowded restaurant staring at the overworked employees throwing salads and sandwiches together, waiting for them to finally call out my order for pickup.
5 stars for the food, 3 stars for the pickup process. I placed a to go order and the staff handing out to go orders are not managing the process well. 20+ people waiting for orders, and when an order is available the name is called in the quietest of voices. Everyone starts getting closer to the counter so we can hear what’s being said. Some kind of digital sign or lessons in speaking loudly could be helpful!
Food is great, vibes are weird. Especially asking your employees to "make" happy and then forcing them to deadname themselves on their name tags, makes it very clear that the "happiness" is only for the marketing.
I just love the food . I’m allergic to canola oil and they do have options with olive oil . Service is great and I love the avocado quinoa salad . It’s the most healthy option restaurant I have in Seattle
The food smells amazing in my car all bundled up safely and securely in it's TO GO attire. Never have eaten here before personally, but I deliver for Uber Eats a lot from here so I know they have a great repeat customer following. The only downside from having yet to take a bite into all the delicious food I smell while delivering order after order, is the fact that it's difficult to get to during lunch hour rush with all the traffic and finding a place to park and the fact that the SEATTLE FREEZE has taken the best of almlsr the whole cities residents which keeps my car moving forward and never lets me out of the line of cars to park because not many people know how to look up and let someone in front of them or even just quickly interact with them allowing them to go around them or in front of them or near them, or just let them park. It's not the restaurants fault. Wish it was easier to park at.
Ordered through the app and the food was ready quicker than estimated time! Food is also really good- we tried the Not So Fried Chicken sandwich, the Kale Caesar salad, and the Tomato Bisque; everything taste great!
Kind staff. Hearty salads. Fresh, clean and calm.
These salads are so good but every time they get a lunch rush it's like they have no idea they're a restaurant. They frequently get super backed up on online orders at lunch- today was a 45 minute wait ordering at 11:30 and I didn't get my food until almost an hour later. If they could solve their service problem I would come here all the time because the food is really good fast casual downtown.
