Michael, at McCabe, was assigned our insurance condo restoration in downtown Memphis. We had water damage from a leak within the condominium complex structure. The leak saturated two rooms within the bathroom area. The bathroom floors, the drywall, the bathroom countertop and the bathroom shower drywall and tiles needed restoration and/or complete replacement. We also have a tenant living in the condo, which added to the complexity of the project - not to mention the parking and debris removal challenges downtown. Michael did a fantastic job! To be more specific, Michael was respectful and communicative to me and our tenant at ALL times and ALL stages of the restoration. God bless McCabe, Michael and the various contractors involved!
Everyone one at McCabe is nice & helpful. I had the pleasure of working with Dustin Davis and he was awesome! He helped make sure everything was taken care of. He sent Taylor & his crew to put us back together & they did awesome work! 10/10 would recommend
We had a wonderful experience with McCabe Restoration and would use them again.
McCabe completed a remediation project in our kitchen. Kyle was the project manager and was thorough and communicative throughout. The crew arrived when they said they would and completed the project in two days without any issues. I would recommend McCabe to anyone in the area for construction or remediation work.
A large tree fell on our house after a storm, impacting our primary bedroom, roof, windows, siding, etc. a few weeks before Christmas. We originally selected a different contractor who completely ghosted us after several meetings. We called McCabe back and they immediately met us and made up for all of the lost time from the disappearing contractor. Randle, specifically, always kept us informed of what to expect and had an amazing network of people to help us select new carpet, install new built-ins, and a lot more. All together the work took about 4.5 months but the outcome was phenomenal. Randle and his team are so knowledgeable, professional, and reliable - I'd recommend McCabe to anyone!
I had a water heater leak and had to change my floors. A friend recommended McCabe and it could've have not been a better decision. The McCabe team was professional, timely, and always kept me updated on the project. More importantly, my new wooden floors look amazing. Really happy with the work Drew Reed and the team did.

After suffering a house fire, we were traumatized and very worried about the contents and restoration of our home. However, what we were soon to learn was that we had the best contractor and response team in Memphis! Maria and her crew of hard workers packed and moved all our contents with the same care they would give their own valuables. Not one item was missing or broken. Communication was always handled promptly and professionally by Maria. We cannot express enough how grateful we are to have worked with McCabe, Frst Team, and all their people during this stressful time. We consider them our friends now and would highly recommend them to anyone who has a need for construction and content restoration.
