5 Star Service... I’ve had the most incredible experience with McCabe Restoration. My mailbox was knocked over by a motorist and had been down for at least 8 days. I had also been in and out of the hospital, so once I started feeling better, I went to Google looking for a residential construction company within 5 miles of my home. McCabe Restoration was the first company I saw. The young lady who answered the phone was so kind and professional. She took my information and promised someone would call me back. I made a few more calls, but to my surprise, before long I got a knock at my door, it was Greg from McCabe. Greg looked at my mailbox, post, and the damage, and said, “Let’s get the dents out of the mailbox and put it back up until I can get a construction guy out here.” He got it back up, and honestly, it ended up in really good shape. When I asked him how much I owed, he said, “You know, this is my good deed for the day.” I was in total shock. Today truly was the day the Lord made. I’ve never been so amazed at how someone could show such kindness in times like these. I was so worried about who I could trust to help me, and within just a few hours of calling around, it was all handled. Thank you to McCabe Restoration, Greg, and the sweet receptionist for your kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help. I saved Greg’s number, and I finally feel like I have a trustworthy construction company I can call for future home needs. That means a lot.♥

My insurance company referred me to McCabe Construction & Remodeling after I discovered a leak in my ceiling and found a hole in my roof. From start to finish, the experience was smooth and far better than I expected. They responded quickly, sent someone out to tarp the roof, and completed an inspection. The McCabe team arrived early at 6:45 a.m. on the day of service and worked straight through until the late afternoon. In one day, they replaced half of my roof and fully repaired the interior water damage. They left my home better than before. The entire team was professional, respectful, and clearly took pride in their work. I will definitely be calling them again for future projects and highly recommend their services.

I cannot recommend this company based on my ongoing experience. While their project managers present an impressive sales pitch, the promises made were not honored. There was a noticeable pattern of cutting corners, and the subcontractors hired appeared to be chosen for low cost rather than quality workmanship. The result was work that fell far short of professional standards and left me deeply dissatisfied.

This is my second successful experience with McCabe Restoration. On both occasions they did a very professional job of Restoration and repair following water damage to my home. Their coordinator Michael was very attentive and did a fantastic job of meeting our needs.

McCabe Restoration was very professional and timely in responding to all my requests. They are a great company to do business with and their workers have a very positive attitude when interacting with them. Their quality of work is great.

Couldn’t have asked for a better experience with Dustin Davis and McCabe Restoration. Although my family and I were displaced for several months due to burst pipes, working with Dustin and his team was great. From water mitigation to the build back, I couldn’t have been more pleased. Dustin is very knowledgeable in his craft. Answered my hundreds of questions. And, the end product was beautiful. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to others.

I am not sure where these positive ratings are coming from but this is the worst company I’ve ever seen from workmanship, property damage, poor communication, missing items and extensive delays.The Pack-Out crew destroyed my floor, and had to replace it, broke my bed and had to send it out for repair and broke the legs on my reclining loveseat. I have photographs to validate my ratings and will be glad to share them. Mr. Michael Hitt (project manager) deserves A five star Five star credit for helping me and apologizing for the experience I had before he was assigned. Again, he is an excellent project Manager. Do your homework. Project manager Dave told me I could sleep on the mattress on the floor after getting out of the hospital from surgery. Document and keep photos. The rating from me is a 2.

McCabe did everything to make the roof replacement quick and easy. Their rep Carlos was excellent at communicating with me and the insurance company. I would definitely recommend the company.

McCabe Construction was one of the companies we called when we needed an estimate on roof work and some interior repairs from water damage. We planned to hire them directly and pay out of pocket. Carlos took one look at our roof and knew the shingle had been discontinued due to quality. He went out of his way to search for a shingle that would match so the repairs would look nice. In the end, the best match was still not a close enough match so Carlos and team worked with our insurance company to replace the whole roof. The interior work and the roofing work look fantastic. We are very happy with the quality of the work and the service we received.

I had a major ceiling collapse in my home that left insulation, drywall, and debris everywhere (the photos honestly don’t even capture how overwhelming it felt at 3am when it happened). From start to finish, this team did an incredible job restoring the space. They handled everything from demolition and cleanup to rebuilding the ceiling, repainting, and installing new carpet and a new ceiling fan. The final result looks amazing — you would never know what happened just a few months ago. They truly brought my space back to life. What I appreciated most was their professionalism and the quality of the work. The team was respectful of my home, communicated clearly throughout the process, and made sure everything was completed properly. Overall, I’m very happy with the outcome and would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing repair or restoration work.
