I just had a new roof installed by McCabe Construction. Kyle, thank you for outstanding customer service. Any questions that I had were addressed in a timely fashion and you were able to work around my work schedule.
McCabe took complete care of my grandmother when a pipe burst in her wall. They were very polite, and made my 83 year old grandmother feel at ease throughout the entire process. There was never a mess, and the repair is like new! Thank you for the service.
Highly responsive in coordinating work with insurance co. Prompt service by the several sub-contractors working for and with McCabe construction. Would highly recommend to anyone faced with a complete kitchen renovation as we did.
I tend to agree with mr Day in his bad review. These people have not a clue that they are only a contractor not the actual home owner! They argue everything, nickle and dime u of everything AND THEY ARE OBSESSED WITH THAT POWER THEY JUST SIMPLY WILL NEVER ANSWER YOU. Dustin Davis is an example of the type of bossy-arguing-not caring mentality of the company work ethics. I absolutely despise this company and every company that wants to screw the home owner to score points with the insurance company. Even though our interaction is a less than 10 days old … i just cannot handle dealing with this poor service quality for another minute. Mccab Construction illustrated in the person of Dustin Davis … you are fired do not come near my water damaged property you think u own and want to make the cheapest decisions for just because the insurance assigned u this account. Just like i hired u … i am firing you.
Can't write enough good things about Randle and his crews at McCabe. All of the crews that came out over two different projects were responsive, on-time (texting on the way) and professional. Randle personally drove to pick up appliances for us that were delivered incorrectly. DJ has an excellent business and would not hesitate to recommend them.
We have contacted the person that was assigned to us, to be the go between for us several times. The representative stated, was to busy, will get back to us soon. Our dishwasher is still not contact to an outlet, so that it can be used. When they remove the entire cabinet where it was connected. They either covered up the socket or removed it. The representative stated that they were told by my husband that the dish washer never worked. It must be the answer to why a socket is not needed for the dish washer since it was plugged in the wall before the cabinet was removed, I guess we should have let him use an extension cord and cut the cord an reconnect the wires as he suggested and place it behind the cabinet an plug the dishwasher up, in the extension cord. I also sent a picture of the socket in the bedroom that can not be used because of paint in it and it us not adjusted to be even with the wall. When you do not get a no response from a company that you trusted with your home. You have time to really look and notice the work that they have done for you. The walls in the den, as I explained to your representative, are warpped, because they were not measured correctly or mailed down and where the walls meet they are not flat but are sticking out like they were pushed together. We can not hang pictures on the wall because the bottom of the frames will be sticking out from the walls. The light switch is sticking out from the wall also. We have a stick holding the lock on the window to keep it closed, instead of it being fixed correctly. We are told we would be reimbursed for the floors that were not finished, has not happened. The floor board between the bathroom and the hall, was not fixed properly it comes up for the floor when you step on it and the is an hole from one side of the door to the other side. Where the carpets were attached to the floors the are nails holes from the bedroom to the halls. Since we are not important to your company and are not worthy. Never finished walls or floors in home. Or kitchen sink lost screw needed to hold faucet on falls off all the time. Never finished job.

I work for an insurance company and we have used McCabe for all kinds of work. From replacing or saving floors all the way up to repairing or replacing a roof! They are always so sweet & helpful to our customers & very trustworthy! Highly recommend them!
This company came at the recommendation of my insurance agency, so I expected quality. While the work they did was of good quality, the communication was extremely poor. The contractor in charge of the project would email me, then I would respond immediately, for him to not respond back for several weeks - and usually not until I emailed or called him again. He requested an entire day set aside for interior work. As someone who lives alone and gets only four days off a month, I set aside one of these days, only to be waiting around all day for the team to never show up. When I finally cooled off enough to call, he said he simply forgot about my house. I then set aside another entire day, for the project to only take three hours. Again, the quality of the work is good, but due to the horrendous communication skills, I will never use or recommend this company again. Getting responses is like pulling teeth, and then your project may or may not even get put on their calendar.
