Great communication and service. My clients were very pleased with the Maddox and getting their roof and gutters replaced through insurance. As a realtor it’s so important to have vendors I can rely and feel good recommending and Maddox fits the bill!

I own a rental property that has a roof covering over an extended 3 season patio. This is an unusual style roof. Many standard roofing contractors were not interested in repairing this roof. I contacted Maddox Constructionwho was more than happy to get the repair done quickly and at a reasonable cost. The Maddox Construction team was able to work with my tenants schedule and repair the roof in less than 1 week from the time I placed the call to them. I have not had any issues since the repair was completed. I am so happy that I found Maddox Construction. I highly recommend this company for your roofing needs.

I had my house and garage roofs replaced. Maddox was prompt, efficient, knowledgeable, professional and available if had any questions. The roof looks great and the clean-up was great as well.

After the 5/10/23 destructive hailstorm in Aurora we had 3 roofing contractors look at our roof. Two of them were pushy and did no follow up when we weren’t willing to sign a contingency agreement that day. Being new to the process of roof replacement, we needed some guidance. Carmel gave us that guidance. She was here to walk the property with our field adjuster. We contracted with her immediately upon seeing our bid. Her crew arrived on time, did a fantastic job and when we had a small issue on how some shingles were laying (not Maddox Construction fault) she promptly took care of the issue for us. We don’t forsee a need for construction services but if we do, we will use Maddox Construction. We have referred them several times for roofs. Thank you Carmel and crew!

Maddox Construction did a fantastic job. I have to say I was nervous about the entire thing considering we had not even been in our home for a year. Carmel explained it in layman's terms and gave us the step-by-step. I'm a planner so I like to know what is next. The work was exceptional and the communication was timely. My brother and my neighbors also went with Maddox and are also extremely happy that they did.

I am happily blown away at Maddox Construction’s work. The communication, quality of work, tidiness, respectfulness, and efficiency were above and beyond my previous roofing experiences (or any service provider here for that matter). I have a unique old (1896) renovated church, that I was very nervous about having the roof replaced. I have put so much of my heart and soul into this place. But the roof had to be replaced, and I didn’t need to worry about a thing! Maddox Construction has been absolutely amazing from the moment we started talking to the finished product. Carmel Maddox met me on site a few times to go over the process, helped me navigate my insurance (which I didn’t even know needed navigating! So grateful), protected my beautiful mature perennial garden, even found a covered treasure in the architecture that she asked if I wanted to show off (yes!!). Maddox Construction delivered outstanding results on our commercial roofing project, seamlessly transforming a 30 to 40 year-old patch and cobbled roof into a smooth, clean and modern surface. They tackled the difficult task of removing old tar and gravel, color-matched the custom commercial-sized gutters, and even meticulously re-siliconed every HVAC and chimney pipe protruding through the roof. The attention to detail was impressive. Carmel and her team offered us multiple pricing options, which was especially appreciated since insurance didn't cover a roof of this age. Her dedication to communication was second to none—she checked in daily and provided progress photos, ensuring we were informed and confident throughout the project. Carmel handled all of our home repairs from a significant hail storm. She and her team crushed it for us in every category from top notch work to fighting the insurance company to get every possible item covered. I could not more highly recommend her for any work, but she should definitely be your first call if you are dealing with an insurance claim. She saved us a ton and the house & roof look amazing!

Carmel came out free of charge to help inspect my new home. She was able to fill out a form to get me a sizable discount on my homeowner's insurance policy, since she confirmed we have hail resistant shingles. She took a comprehensive look around our property as well. Carmel is straightforward with her recommendations and not pushy whatsoever. When the time comes for us to do any exterior renovations, Maddox Construction will be the first I call!
