From the very beginning Carmel, the owner, was transparent about costs and any extra work that arose during the course of the project. As anyone knows, the minute you begin tearing off roofs or tearing out walls, there are issues lying beneath that no one can foresee until the underneath is exposed. We know for a fact that Maddox provided us with competitive pricing and was extremely fair about change orders. As homeowners, we are hands-on, and Carmel and her crew chief were there at every step of the way to answer our questions and direct the crew. She was exceedingly easy to reach, to schedule with, and the project was finished on time. The crew was professional and meticulous with clean-up, details that are refreshing and greatly appreciated with any construction tradespeople. We were highly satisfied with Maddox, and with Carmel, and we give them our highest recommendation. I would be happy to highly recommend Maddox Construction for your roof. The property that we hired Maddox construction for was a combination of flat roof and metal flashing and was no small job. Her crew was knowledgeable, timely and detail-oriented. The owner, Carmel, was onsite regularly to answer our questions and direct the crew. Of all the trades and crews that we worked with in the course of our renovation project, there was no other team leader that was onsite more than she was. The greatest quality of this company: they stand by their work. As we have had small issues arise since installation, she is fast to respond and fix anything related to the roof. My experience with this company was wonderful. I needed a new roof after the hail storms in 2017 and I am so glad we went with Maddox Construction. They communicated so well and made the process to get the job scheduled, materials selected, etc so easy. They used high quality materials and completed the job as scheduled. I've had friends and neighbors who used other companies that had to do so much cleanup of roofing nails, scraps of materials, etc on their own after their roofing company was long gone.
