Maddox Construction is a collection of the most competent, professional, and enjoyable people to work with. Typically construction companies thrive on the work only and the communication/administration side of things are messier than other businesses you interact with. Not with Maddox Construction. They get it. They have a high quality bar through every part of our experience with them. They replaced a roof for us after some hail damage and were very communicative through the whole process, especially if a third party is involved, like insurance. The owner, Carmel, is a good human being. We highly recommend Maddox Construction and will be using them again in the future.

Carmel and the Maddox Construction team were a pleasure to work with for our roof replacement after the tornado this past summer in Highlands Ranch. Carmel provided very straightforward feedback/recommendations. She was easy to stay in touch with and very responsive with getting back to us throughout the whole process. The team did an excellent job on the work and clean-up and the finished product looks great. They were extremely helpful in guiding me through the claims process, and were prompt and thorough in performing the work itself. Highly recommend!

We worked with Carmel and the Maddox Construction team to replace our roof after a hail storm left it badly damaged. Carmel was very communicative and detailed throughout the entire process. We live in a townhouse where the roof is shared by 2 other units. It made dealing with the insurance companies more complicated but her expertise made it seem like a breeze. Once we got through the approvals, her team replaced our roof with urgency and it was completed before a snow storm rolled in. They are great and we would recommend working with them to anyone.

There are not enough stars nor enough words, to express my gratitude to Maddox Construction! From start to finish, they truly went above and beyond to make replacing the roof on my vintage home a success. My home was built in 1933, and they made sure to match the shingle color to my preference, perfectly - preserving the character and charm of this old house. It’s a small detail, but it meant the world to me! The team was incredibly professional, leaving everything spotless before and after the job. They even upgraded the shingles beyond what the insurance recommended and managed to get it all done under the insurance quote—how amazing is that?! On top of that, they were kind, generous with their time, and made the process smooth and stress-free. It’s hard to believe they started the very next week and wrapped up the whole thing in just three days! If you’re looking for a team that’s efficient, thoughtful, and just plain awesome, Maddox Construction is the way to go. Highly, highly recommend!

I’m going to need about 95 more stars for this one!! Carmel and her crew did SUCH an amazing job for my clients. We needed a new roof before listing the home, and we needed it fast. The turnaround time was quick, the crew was respectful, the communication along the way was top notch, and the end result was a fantastic roof in a ridiculously short amount of time. Thank you for coming to our rescue and delivering awesome service. 10/10 will use again, and 100% recommend. Seriously the best.

Maddox Construction did an incredible job replacing our roof and chimney after a hail storm. From the time I called Carmel, to the time the roof was completed, was record time! Carmel made the whole process so easy and she was there to help me every step of the way. She took the lead with our insurance company and made everything on my end so simple and straight forward. This company had me and my family’s best interests in mind all through our roofing process. Insurance was managed by Carmel Maddox and her crew of stellar employees and the ancillary solar removal and replacement was also made very easy for me. They are all super friendly and helpful I honestly wouldn’t know where to start without them, from initial inspection to final approval and depreciation release. Looking to use Maddox for future exterior renovations!!

We worked with Maddox construction this summer to repair our roof due to multiple leaks. Not only were they punctual, friendly and professional, but Carmel provided detailed feedback and explanations for what needed to be done and how to remedy our issues. First snowfall of the year this October we had another leak in a new area and the Maddox team was able to come back on short notice and clear up the new issue for a minimal fee. They also went above and beyond by sealing some other areas free of charge to ensure we are free from any further issues. Can’t recommend Carmel and her team enough. In a business that can be tough to trust most, she does it in a way that puts the customer first and makes you feel at ease each step of the way.
