I’m really disappointed the bus is not comfortable the prices is sky high and they don’t take card and they change the price any time they feel like it

I am a regular lucky star bus rider August 19th 2022 I got the first bus leaving New York for Boston the bathroom was so filthy so nasty it was disgusting had to use it but didn't make any stops usually I'm glad when bus doesn't make stops it was horrific I could see if the bus had been riding all day but this was the first bus out it was disgraceful also the ticket agent in New York is the most rude person I have ever encountered I have encountered him on many trips very very rude

Buses are rickety and shocks bang hard on bumps the enjoyed entire ride ...but it's cheap and stops for a much needed 15 min break halfway lol

It's unsafe for drivers to talk on the phone too much.

new buses, which is great but it is really hard to change your ticket. discount tickets cant be changed which is understandable, but when your buses are not packed with people why not let me take a seat on the bus and give you more money on your other bus when you can charge $23 for a seat that was suppose to be mine. i benefit, as well as your company but i guess you dont quite want your money to payoff your new fleet of buses.

Customer service at Boston was terrible . The guy at the desk was super rude and didn’t even try to help us but instead relied on saying all we can do is call customer support which was not an issue rather his delivery in saying that was super angry and rude . In fact , 4 other customers was so frustrated with him that he said he was gonna bring a manager but pretended by calling the security guard and thought we were stupid enough to believe him. The security guard didn’t even know his name and told me he’s always been that rude . In addition, he was extremely racist to one of the customers who was of Asian decent despite being Asian himself and was saying how that customer looked like his friend??? Super unprofessional and rude and I do not know why he has job that is supposed to help customers . I could not catch his name because he refused to tell me so here is picture of how he looks like!

No offense to all the people who hate on the Lucky Star Bus but you all gotta open your eyes. Sure customer service is bad and sure all of these things that are wrong. But people you are paying $15(now $20) to get from Boston to New York. That is so much cheaper than the other buses. I do not understand why people buy their tickets online. You are more or less guaranteed a seat on the bus if you get your ticket at the booth upto the final 10 minutes of the bus leaving. As a student with family in New York, this bus service has been excellent. To the people who complain of getting your stuff stole. What are you supposed to expect when going on a cheap as hell bus. And beside you should be watching your stuff at all times. Now that the Fung Wah bus company has been shut down, I feel lucky that Lucky Star is still open.

Lucky Star Bus is one of the worst transportation service I have ever faced in my lifetime. I felt so much disrespected from their staffs—they have horrible staffs, be careful! I travelled from Boston to New York and the bus number is 116. Travel is for fun, don't ruin your excitement with these idiots who don't know basic things of customer service.

I’ve been a faithful customer of Lucky Star for about 10 years, ever since they cost $15 each way from Boston to NYC... I depended on them as a poor grad student. Since those days, a lot of improvements have been made! Buses are brand new, they all have electrical outlets and WiFi, and the bus was very clean and quiet. The drivers have been professional and on time. I’ve never had any major issues. They’ve improved a lot. WAYYY better than Megabus. And cheaper than Greyhound and Peter Pan..
