Worst insurance I've ever had, no one answers my calls for member services, almost no doctors accept this insurance provider, out of pocket cost will send you to the poor house.

Just wanted to share that we've had a great experience with Lucent Health. The service has been great, but its really the people that have made a different for me and my team! Would definitely recommend.

I have been trying to find out if a doctor that I need to see to save my life for 2 weeks, suprise suprise they have yet to return my call. Also every Doctor I have showed my insurance card to says "what is this?" not ecactly a comprting thoght when you pay this much for a service that their.

Worst insurance ever. Asked for a list for mental health screenings and received numbers that did not work, places where the insurance doesn't cover, and places that were shut down. No company should ever switch to this insurance if you have an ounce of care or respect for your workers. Awful.

I’ve been hung up on once and sent to voicemail twice already. I was told that they covered my bill but I’m still getting invoiced for it. I can’t pay $650. I’ve been battling this for almost a year already. Take your money elsewhere.

Lucent admitted to lying to us after reviewing a phone call we had with them. This cost my family hundreds of dollars and they are not refunding us or doing anything other than saying sorry. Unbelievable service!

HORRIBLE health insurance. They don’t pay bills and then our bills goes to collections. It’s been a nightmare for my family and customer service is terrible. You hear different answers depending on who you talk to. They don’t call you back and then we are stuck paying absurd medical bills. STAY AWAY from this company.

I have never, in my adult life, had more trouble and headaches dealing with a health insurance company. If I could switch I would but this is what corporate chose for its employees. None of my EOBs have matched the bills I get from my Drs. Nothing is getting paid, and I am close to collections. HORRIBLE COMPANY! -100 STARS

Have had nothing but problems with this company. Nothing is ever covered. I have a secondary insurance which is Care Source, but Lucent likes to argue that they are my secondary even though Care Source clearly would be my secondary. Can’t wait to switch insurance company’s again and get away from this one.

Awful insurance company tried to explain to them that my colonoscopy is preventive and they are not understanding I can't wait to get on Medicare this is rediculous awful awful company please don't use them
