Worked with Madelynn for two trousers and had a great experience with both. Great communication and easy process. She has a good eye for style and I trust her opinion. I will most likely go back to order more things in the future. Once you have bespoke clothing, it's hard to go back to off the rack. Would recommend.

Working with Emma Beck was a phenomenal experience. From initial consultation to final delivery, she far-exceeded every expectation. The fabric quality, precise tailoring, and flawless finish of my suit and tux are outstanding. And the appointment pacing was perfect. My experience with LABEL was outstanding from start to finish. Scott was fantastic to work with—he made the entire process easy, answered all of my questions, and helped me choose pieces that fit my style. Since this was my first time buying custom clothing, I wasn't sure what to expect, but now I completely understand the difference. I purchased a white dress shirt, jeans, a jacket, and an overcoat, and every piece fits perfectly. The quality of the clothing is exceptional, and you can really feel the attention to detail. The showroom is beautiful and creates a great overall experience. The customer service was excellent throughout the entire process, and I couldn't be happier with the results. I'm already looking forward to receiving my next jacket, and I'll definitely be returning to LABEL for more custom clothing. If you're considering custom clothing, I'd definitely recommend checking them out.

I’ve purchased several custom suits and pants from Label, and I couldn't be happier with each of my experiences there. The fit and quality is outstanding, and I consistently receive compliments when I wear them. What really sets Label apart though is how personalized the experience is. The one-on-one appointment process with Scott helped ensure that every piece would perfectly fit my needs. He was knowledgeable, patient, and helped guide me toward what made sense for my wardrobe and lifestyle. The NYC showroom in SoHo was beautiful, the service was exceptional, and the fabric selection was great. Highly recommended!

Working with Ashley from LABEL was one of the most fun experiences leading up to the wedding. We are high school sweethearts and wanted to work with a brand that understood our quirky, colorful, fun, and authentically K&K vibe! We knew Ashley was our gal and understood the assignment when she didn't shy away from our Canva wedding presentation and instantly jumped into the design process for Keith's custom three piece suit. From our color scheme we went through books and books of cloth samples and colors. She made sure we felt each one and understood the background behind them. It was such a unique experience. From that 1st appointment, she found the perfect color blue, helped us find a quirky suit liner, shiny copper buttons, strapping button suspenders, and helped us find ways to customize the suit as much as we customized our wedding! She knew we were working with golds, marigold yellow, orange, blue and helped his suit truly become his unique piece to treasure for years to come. Keith is such a punny, corny man so I call him my Corn Muffin. Ashley knew we should have the suit reflect that (heck, we even made sure to have corn muffins at our wedding!) and Keith and her surprised me by lining the bottom of the collar in orange and writing in yellow his nickname, "Corn Muffin"! He also got the stitching of "K&K 4.23.23" on the inside of his suit. He got to pick out everything from the color of the thread to the type of font he wanted. With such a fun suit, Keith kept a lot of it a surprise from me. Needless to say, Ashley found the PERFECT tie to complement the rich colorful and intricate lining of the suit. Keith got measured head to toe and by the 2nd appointment it fit him like a glove. Heck, the suit even held up during rounds and rounds of Dance Dance Revolution- ha! I don't believe Keith removed his suit jacket once during the whole wedding since he felt like a billion bucks in the whole fit. Seriously, could not have been more impressed with him day of and in every photo. Look at how incredibly handsome my husband is in his wedding fit!
