Avoid at all costs, company is entirely incapable of tailoring and alterations. Quality of garments is low. Shirts came pre-stained at first delivery and "sales consultant" was largely unresponsive and had to be chased around. Spent about $2,400.00 purchasing my friend a suit and two bespoke shirts for his wedding and this company just embarrassed me and functionally ruined the gift. Update: While the initial service was abysmal, as noted, higherups within Label reached out to me proactively and eventually issues several thousand dollars worth of refunds in addition to remediating several problems with garments. Ultimately we did decide to go with private tailors for one garment, but that was due to our earlier experiences and not because of any wrongdoing on the part of Label management. I commend management on their customer service.

Emma there has been tremendously helpful as I revamp my outfit. A number of my coats and outfits were a bit dated and she helped me introduce new pieces to my collection over time.

LABEL is fantastic! I worked with Scott and you can tell he knows what he is doing. The entire experience from the luxury showroom, to the care and detail he showed for my design was incredible. It's not just suits! I've also ordered over 12 pairs of denim and even a fall outerwear style vest. As a gymnast, my body doesn't fit the typical mold for off the rack clothing. I'm short, broad and my legs are even two different sizes. I recommend for anyone who is looking for high quality clothing denim through black tie. Sidenote: I was surprised at how reasonable the pricing was as well. 10/10!

I worked with Danielle at LABEL for my wedding tux and it was an amazing experience. Rain is incredibly talented and detail-oriented in her craft. As a celebrity chef, I wanted a custom chef coat that was feminine and unique, since most women’s chef coats are boxy, basic and masculine. Rain created a stunning design with a little bling for me that perfectly fit my vision. I wear it to speaking engagements, pitch competitions, and interviews, and it never fails to impress.
