First time customer: I worked with John and had an outstanding experience. Purchased a suit and a sport jacket. Both are very comfortable and fit perfectly. When I first called I asked only about a suit, and specifically if they could get it made within 4 weeks in time for an event. I came in two days later to look at fabrics. Found two I liked, and decided to get both a suit and a sport jacket. John measured me and said they would have the items ready in 3 weeks, which gave time for any adjustments after the fitting. The items were ready a couple days early and fit perfectly - no adjustments needed. I am very happy and will use Label again.

John and the team at Label are first-rate professionals who know their materials and styles, and are even better at providing advisory and guidance with education and tact. I first started working with Label in 2022 to have my wedding suit made, and it was awesome. Super easy to work with, first looking to understand what I was interested in, the weather and location, and then ultimately what my style generally trended towards. The suit fit like a glove, looked amazing in all the photos, and is easily one of the nicest pieces in my closet. I just recently had them make my first tuxedo, and can’t wait to see the result. I was a customer of some brands that purport to offer more of a customized off-the-rack fit, but they weren't getting the job done, and I needed a much more detailed approach to the issue, which is where Scott and Label come in. I am not necessarily the most knowledgeable guy when it comes to fashion, so having Scott be available to consult with and to have access to his vast wealth of experience in solving the problem I had was hugely beneficial.
