...a good place to send your addict if you want them to be enabled to continue to act out. It's under staffed & they are overcompensated. I'm not sure my husband even had one drug test during the 30 days he spent there.....but he got to go to a sweat lodge! woo hoo. But oops! He also managed to use drugs & alcohol.....

ILC is an absolute dream to work with. As a clinical partner in the community, we have consistently been impressed and grateful with the work they have done with clients we’ve referred!

I choose this place because I THOUGHT it provided everything I was searching for in a rehab facility. Day 1 of actually being there that perception changed. I was told electronics I had brought with me where not going to be allowed, when I pulled out the texts between them and their client welcome handbook which stated what I had brought with me was listed on their accepted electronics list, I was given ‘We reserve the right to change policy at any time’ line. Trust is a huge thing in mental health, to lure someone into a program, take their money and then say, the rules we gave you that you agreed to… we’re changing them, too bad for you. Ruined any trust I had with his company. I asked to leave and was able to get a Uber ride out the next day. I spent less then 48 hours in their program, upon exiting, they phoned my mother (which she says there exchange was very rude and hostile to her) and stated they would be issuing me a refund. A week later I have received nothing from them. I phoned them up asking why I haven’t received my refund and the rep instantly was defensive that ‘there policy was to hold off a few days on issuing refunds in case our client came back and changed their mind’ when I told her it had been a week and I was still not coming back and would like my refund I was told I was being hostile and they would work on issuing a check (same thing they said a week ago). Do not trust this company, I’m still trying to get my 26k back from my mistake.

R******’s Feelings Farm, the real ones will know. I struggled a lot after I left this program. Those struggles, however, were unaddressed by me during my time in the program. After a few ups and downs I am now ‘sailing steady,’ for lack of another term that doesn’t disclose unnecessary information. I have many of the lessons I’ve learned at ILC to thank for that. Shoutout to the kindred soul who made me sausage, egg, and cheese breakfast sandwiches, played breathe of the wild, and watched Demon Slayer (S). They know who they are ❤️

ILC changed my life. I don’t regret a single moment of my experience there. I often think of the beautiful moments and healing that was done with the amazing staff they have there all around. I recommend staying for a few months for that experience.

In regards to their other branch, Sana at Stowe: Horrific center. Do not send your loved ones there. Constant medication mismanagement, rude staff, Philip the director and the HR do not respect the safety of patients. Awlful therapists, specifically a woman named Hilary, who are not trauma informed. Frequent malpractice that is defended by their parent company. Shocked they are still operational after just loosing their head doctor and psychiatrist. They try to negate this review but as their parent company they are to be help responsible as well.

The worst treatment facility I have ever been in. I did their PHP program and IOP program and they definitely prioritize their patients that completed the residential program. The therapists who teach group come in one day every other week so there is little opportunity to closely bond with any of them. The case management is beyond horrible and inefficient. It has been a joke trying to get my needs met for my aftercare. They messed up my medications and I am strictly a psych patient, which felt very demeaning for them to be so neglectful for such an important aspect of my aftercare. They also set me up with an unlicensed therapist and a nurse practitioner instead of an actual psychiatrist, when I have severe mental health issues and have had 9 psychiatric hospital stays. I feel so dismissed by them for getting me such novice aftercare. It is truly disgusting. I was convinced into coming here for their intimacy disorder program, which doesn’t even exist for women. I was completely mislead and coerced, and this has been the biggest disappointment of my life. It was exhausting trying to get them to help me. I had to beg for help. There was no progress with my trauma, and nothing profound happened for me. It was a devastating waste of time, yet they still tried to get me to keep extending and paying for their services. It was like they were intentionally not helping me so I would keep paying them for an extension. This program took time away from my life where I could have done something actually productive. The staff seems out to lunch. If you want help healing your trauma, I would not recommend this place.

Really a good place to go. Did brain spotting and it was the most helpful trauma therapy I’ve received. Got to do an authentic sweat lodge and other fun activities. Located on music row and plenty of places to walk to when the day is over and there’s free time. Meetings in the area. Best therapist Christy left I think but Sheena is the sweetest. Great rez too just don’t have anxiety, was sent to a ward and they asked why I was there and sent me away. Other than that lovely and nice knowledgeable bht staff.

I went to both the residential program and the outpatient program (PHP and IOP) here, and while i personally had a great experience in residential, the moment i got into PHP i saw a VASTLY different experience. In PHP, there were people overdosing and leaving the house to get drugs, the medication was completely mismanaged, the therapists were really bad and clearly inexperienced (with the exception of maybe 1), and not to mention i had two friends who complained about the horrific mismanagement and malpractice and they got kicked out of the program and essentially tossed on the street with no housing or help in the middle of Nashville where they do not live. Overall PHP was a scary place lol. In terms of residential (the women’s Morningstar houses), I had a much better experience with an amazing therapist (who doesn’t work there anymore lol) and my house was full of people I still talk to today because we bonded so much but there were still lots of cons at residential: medication mismanagement, inexperienced caseworkers, staff changeovers causing people’s treatment to be delayed and messed up, safety issues and staff being unable to handle meltdowns in group settings that were very triggering to the rest of the group, and i could probably think of more. I want to leave a good review because I personally had a good time at residential but I think that was because of the beautiful house and nature, and my friends there. The things I saw other people go through make it so i cannot in good conscience recommend this place to anyone else.

My partner went to ILC as the last stop of many on his pathway to recovery. Their approach was different and he was finally ready…Ready to lay it all down… ready to be set free, ready to end the suffering that he alone was causing, ready to stop spinning out, ready for peace. ILC isn’t magic… it’s not a one size fits all, big box shop of the rehab world, it’s not For everyone. What it IS, is a place that provides a safe space to truly BE , to be still and quiet on the inside for once, still enough to notice the tiny spark within you that you stopped paying attention to years ago, the spark that has kept burning no matter how much alcohol you poured on it or drugs you took to hamper its flame, the spark that you’ve been searching for everywhere outside of yourself. ILC brings you back to yourself, to the flame that You are, the flame that you’ve always been. ILC teaches you how to get out of your Own way and to love, honor and respect yourself in ways you’ve never thought possible. I highly recommend to anyone who is ready to set their bags down and finally be set free.
