Really appreciate the daily calls during the process - only to vanish without a word after the final interview 😍 A masterclass in ghosting! Not the best experience with Tanner Behling and Nate Branower during the Spectrum Reach process.

If I could give them a negative star I would! I was completely discriminated against at an employer they placed me with & they didn’t want to do anything about it. I gave details and examples of the discrimination and Ashley Dovers response to me is that they have a relationship with Snapone (the employer) and they didn’t want to jeopardize it in anyway.. I even offered to finish out my assignment if they could just find me something else but nope they told my employer what I said & the discrimination got worse from there. I finally decided enough was enough and quit. Come to find out they were going around saying I quit because I didn’t feel properly trained which is so far from the truth because I was still is TRAINING!!!! 0/10 do not recommend anyone working with them.

I have worked for this agency twice, and both times have been (and currently is) a top notch experience. Their recruiters and account managers are excellent at finding the right fit both technically and culturally. As a candidate, I felt they were always on point and made the onboarding process smooth and fast.

I choose to be a contractor. I worked with Insight Global at their headquarter office. I naively expected the same level of excellence from this Charlotte branch. I was disappointed. I accepted an assignment with their client. As my contract approached renewal, the client shared with me the upcoming dates. I attempted to reach my recruiter months in advance via email and phone for a confirmed end date, no response was received. Instead, promises to meet and check-in were provided but not fulfilled. This persisted for the entire length of the contract. If I saw my recruiter, it was on accident in the building lobby. Finally, nearing the end of my contract I received notice my contract was terminated effective immediately. Little explanation was provided, which is acceptable. However, no one asked my perspective. I would have shared I reported to someone in management a valid concern regarding the quality of the work. I was being asked to simply pass poor documentation on as acceptable and sit in two meetings a day to discuss these actions. Two meetings daily for a week is a bit much for anyone, never mind on the same subject matter. It seemed this agency only cared to be funded. They did not express any interest in my professional opinion of the assignment or the employer. At headquarters, my recruiters checked in bi-weekly with the client and me. They expressed genuine customer service, not simply a smile and cheery personality.
