WOULD ABSOLUTELY NEVER WORK WITH INSIGHT GLOBAL AGAIN. Let’s start from the beginning. I was speaking with 2 different insight global recruiters for two different positions. I gave my two weeks and I accepted the first position and was still keeping my options open. If there is a better opportunity presented to me I’m going to take it. Mind you the second position I was interviewing for was thousands of dollars more (10k to be exact) I’m but since I accepted the first job it disqualified me for the second? Why? Because it’s clearly about insight global not the candidate…. This put a bad taste in my mouth if you could imagine. So I go forward with the first job i accepted keeping my word. The recruiter(s) were nothing short of a barrier between myself and the company I accepted the job with. No one ever asked when is a good start date for me so they started me the actual week of Thanksgiving.. Insight global was not transparent about all of the equipment that was to be shipped (5 boxes - a laptop, 2 full screen monitors, a connectivity box, cords etc.) making sure the candidate has the space for this as this is a remote job? Mind you I was never sent an email telling me what was shipped so I could make sure I had everything .. what I needed to have set up for my start date…. My plans for thanksgiving? nothing… fun fact: not everything was shipped per the person I was training with. So i set everything up I had trained for 4 hours for the recruiter to call me asking “So you want to tell me what happened this morning” verbatim… sure… you as the recruiter didn’t communicate effectively… The employer didn’t have my contact info so we started late.. once we got started nothing was set up (outlook, access to the system, etc.) so I trained through zoom via screen share. I get a phone call later that day that they don’t want to go forward. So not only did I quit my job they disqualified me from the second job and the first job fell through as well. 3 STRIKES YOURE OUT. YOU ARE MESSING WITH PEOPLES LIVES? What don’t you get? I would absolutely never recommend anyone working with you guys. EVER. Word of mouth can hurt you more than you think and by the looks of your overall rating/ reviews for this location.. it doesn’t look well.

My experience with Insight Global has been nothing less than stellar. My recruiter, Cynthia, is incredibly driven, and I really feel like she was going above and beyond to place me. The communication has been perfect from the start. I am very pleased with my placement. Cynthia found a position for me that I was well suited for. I had an experience at a different agency before linking up with Cynthia. They rarely reached out to me and always wanted to put me up for roles that I would not be a good fit in. Insight is the polar opposite of that.

I've had such an incredible experience so far. Archie and Tori have been incredibly supportive and informative throughout the onboarding process, and I couldn't be more appreciative. I'm so excited for this new journey, and extremely grateful for IG and the team!

For the past two weeks, I’ve been having issues getting my timesheet being approved on time. Payday is on Friday but I get paid two days early so I get paid on Wednesdays. Last week I called to have the issue escalated YET again that it wasn’t approved. A ticket was created & some lady from HR reached out to me saying it was approved when it wasn’t at the time. Then proceeds to say well it’s not even Friday yet basically dismissing the fact that up until this point I’ve been paid on Wednesdays with no issues. Fast forward to Friday, I didn’t get paid. I called them today 1/20 & didn’t get an answer. Stop playing with people’s money!! Yall owe me $806 & I want my money by Tuesday or I’m escalating this further!
